Expérience incroyable, l'appartement est spacieux, propre ,proche de la plage et des restaurants. l'emplacement idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances. Anis est très gentil,serviable et très sérieux. franchement à refaire ,je dirais même que c l'appartement idéal pour passer ses vacances à hammamet. Merci pour tout Anis.

J’ai passé mon séjour deux semaines dans cette Airbnb ! C’était vraiment incroyable, la vue était juste magnifique. Les photos sont exactement pareil qu’en réalité. Je mettrai un bon 10/10. Vraiment très accessible. Après en bas de la résidence, il y a un café lounge et juste à coté il y a l’hôtel Byzance. Ensuite autour il y a plein des restaurants, un Monoprix et un peu plus loin y’a le centre de nabeul. De la résidence au centre c’est 20min à pied.

This apartment is a real gem, very well located, few minutes to beach, grocery and cafes. We were amazed how clean and tastefully decorated. Chokri the host was very accommodating, always available and assertive. Totally recommend the place without a doubt.

I recently stayed at Bochra’s apartment and it was an absolute delight. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, providing a perfect home away from home. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Bochra, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always available to answer any questions, while still respecting my privacy. Her warm and welcoming personality truly made the experience even more special. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bochra’s apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with an exceptionally caring host. We enjoyed our stay in Nabeul. Mohamed told our taxi driver where to drop us off and met us with his car. He then drove us around the immediate area to show us places of interest. After that, we went to the apartment. Everything was fine and his place is very centrally located with bakeries, mini-marts, and fruit stands within a few hundred meters. You are in a fairly quiet neighborhood just minutes from the center of town. Nabeul itself is a great town. There are nice restaurants and dessert places, good beaches, and plenty of action in the evening when everyone goes out. If you're lucky, you'll even get to see a wedding party or two like we did! The apartment is spacious and the air conditioning works very well, so you don't have to worry about being too hot inside. Mohamed is a good guy and he will do his best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. About the only negative was that the water may be cut off in the evening, but that is a city policy, not Mohamed's!

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans cet appartement qui correspond en tous points à ce qui était annoncé et à ce que nous en attendions. La petite terrasse est très agréable pour lire, bavarder, prendre un verre, le tout avec le parfum du jasmin, et le reste de l'appartement est agréable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. La résidence est calme, bien entretenue et sécurisée. La proximité de la plage est un atout, tout comme la station de taxis juste à l'entrée de la résidence, ce qui facilite les déplacements vers Hammamet ou Nabeul. Quelques chouettes restaurants sont très proches, ce qui est toujours très agréable. Hatem est un hôte très sympathique, réactif et même proactif. Nous y reviendrons certainement et avec un très grand plaisir.

Nabil was quick to reply to our enquiry even though we asked to book for the following day, he answered within the hour which was great ! Nabil directed us to his sister which did the check in , she was friendly and showed us around the flat , it was very cosy and clean as described . The kitchen is well equipped which helped us a great deal when it came to cooking . The area is lively and one can find a variety of cafes , and shops including a local butcher and a supermarket . We ventured to the beach which is at about a 10 mnts walk .. taxis are frequent in the area . There is another beautiful beach Klibia a bit further away if you are willing to take the bus from the city center . We had a lovely time thank you Nabil and Hanen, you made us feel welcome !

Karims was gastvrij en flexibel , super vriendelijk en aardig, we hebben een geweldige verblijf gehad met zijn allen. Ik kom graag nog een keertje, bedankt voor alles.

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Souheil, l'emplacement est top , piscine propre, les enfants se sont éclatés, franchement rien à dire. Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine inchallah !

Excellent hôte,réactif. Réponds à toutes les demandes. Seul bémol mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôte ,c’est l’accès à la piscine qui a était fermé durant 3 jours pour nettoyage car l’eau était trouble. En compensation l’hôte nous a offert 1 nuit supplémentaire.

Les quelques jours chez Sarah se sont très bien passés. L'appartement était propre, spacieux, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Sarah s'est montré arrangeante, réactive et sympathique :)

I recommend 100%. The flat was just perfect and with everything you might wish to have. home away from home for sure. Samy and her mum were extremely kind and reactive. I will definitely book with them again, perfect in every way.

on a passé un bon séjour dans un appartement agréable et grand bien équipé et surtout la climatisation central et la piscine et le wifi sont des belles prestations et atous de plus ,bon emplacement très proche de plage et mis chemin entre nabeul et hammamet l hote Aida hiber gentil très chaleureuse et accueillantte et très réactif, on recommande vivement.

Yasmine et Naïma sont des personnes très accueillantes réactives et toujours disponibles ,je reviendrai sans hésitation nous avons passée un très séjour.

E’ sempre confortevole alloggiare da voi, appartamento pulito sicuro e ordinato, per me ormai una seconda casa. Zona circostante con ristoranti locali e negozi. Ahmed sempre presente e premuroso, a disposiIone per qualsiasi consiglio o necessità. Super consigliato, tornerò presto.

Wow had a 12 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Everything was as described and the host very responsive and helpful. Bed were so comfy the tvs worked. I loved the 2 bathrooms with a great working hot shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this place enough thank you for having us 😁

hote toujours disponible par téléphone, le logement est à 5mn à pied de la plage, résidence sécurisée avec un gardien devant 24h/24. nous étions 7 dont 2 adultes et 3 ados et il y avez assez de places avzc plusieurs matelas en plus. merci

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé dans l’appartement. Il est moderne et très bien placé concernant les restaurants, cafés, commerces… et l’accès plage à quelques minutes à pied. La piscine est bien entretenue. Le seul point négatif que j’ai trouvé c’est que l’environnement est bruyant à cause de la piscine où le bruit résonne dans la résidence et que les horaires ne sont pas respectées pour la piscine. Ce n’est pas calme de la journée et tard le soir. Et pour finir Hichem est très réactif pour répondre à certaines demandes et très accueillant. J’ai apprécié mon 1er Airbnb en Tunisie 🇹🇳.
