Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

O'gite Sancerrois

Fully renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure of walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the cottage. House ideally located in a wine village (18) in the heart of the Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike route. Village church listed as a historical monument. This accommodation may be suitable for vacationers keen to discover Guedelon and the Puisaye or the Loire Valley. It is also suitable for people who come to work temporarily in the area. The garden is very green and the residential area is quite quiet. The house is spacious and very bright. The neighbors are my parents, they have a small dog. It is not in the countryside but just go up the hill to be in the middle of the fields after the Bel-Air farm.
