The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my family below.

I love this place. I have stayed here before and the everything about it is perfect for me. It is a great location, it has a well equipped kitchen and, even though it is a shared bathroom, it has never been a problem. The guests all seem respectful of each other. There is also lots to do in Oyster Bay. I’m sure I will be back.

Great location for being nearby LIU. Great backyard for the dog- if you have a large dog like we do. Fence on one side (gate) can easily be gotten under by a dog who wants to leave. House was cute and in a nice area. We expected the basement smell as it rained all week before we arrived. It was not that bad after the first day. The dishwasher had the previous renter’s stuff in it so we had to unload before loading ours as instructed. Also we took garbage out to back gate as instructed but it was quite full already. No swiffer or broom to sweep up the debris tracked in from the muddy yard. Happy with the space. Comforters were so comfy! We didn’t expect to be so close to a firehouse and hear an alarm multiple times a night every night. Not sure if that’s the norm. It was quite loud. Nothing the host could’ve done, just surprised us. Ants are a known issue- sprays available and traps but I had the dog so couldn’t use. Water crickets were gross. Entry is safe. Host very responsive

Great little hideaway - we stayed for a weekend with our two young children and it works well for families with young kids and would be lovely as a grown-up only getaway. Just a beautiful property and grounds. Very responsive and nice host too!

Loved the location/area as it was in a nice, safe neighborhood and convenient location to an event I was there to attend. Dawa quickly responded to any messages I sent and even messaged me halfway through my stay to check in and ensure my stay was going well. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Long Island!
