Monthly Rentals in Mutley

This was my 2nd stay at Paul's place and would stay again. Paul is very quick to answer any messages, and attentive, messaging to check everything is OK. the apartment was lovely and clean and has everything you could want for your stay, and the parking is a bonus.

Just spent a few days at this lovely place and honestly, it was perfect. Super clean, cosy vibe, and everything was exactly as described. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had what I needed, and the location was spot on. Quiet neighbourhood but still close to everything. The host was really friendly and helpful too. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in town!

Chris is very responsive and helpful. The flat is very homely and has everything required for lovely get away. If you're wanting to self cater the flat has everything you need. if not there lots of takeaways right on the doorstep and plymouth city centre is a 5 minute walk away for a wealth of restaurants. location wise the flat is perfectly located to explore everything plymouth has to offer. All in all a great homely flat where you relax, a great location and a great responsive host. what more could you ask for. well worth the money. I'll definitely be looking to use the flat again whenever I go to plymouth
