Pysäköinti on ilmaista illasta aamuun arkisin klo 18-8 välisenä aikana, ja sunnuntaina koko päivän. Muina aikoina vyöhyke 2 parkkimaksu (2e/t).

Kauniilla ja viihtyisällä huoneistolla on huikea sijainti Hämeenpuistossa Työväenteatteria vastapäätä. Vain kiven heiton päässä Laukontorita ja keskustasta. Asunto on raikkaasti pintaremontoitu ja 6. kerroksesta on vehreä näkymä Hämeenpuistoon. Suljettuina ikkunat pitävät hyvin kadun äänet loitolla. Talossa pieni hissi. Asunnossa on parisänky ja vuodesohva (n.120cm), iso televisio, netti, pimennysverhot, tuuletin sekä viilennyslaite. Valoisa hyvin varusteltu keittiö.

We loved every bit of our stay – the location is perfect, and the apartment is absolutely beautiful. If you value high quality and Finnish design, you’ll love it here. The parking space and direct lift access from the garage are a huge perk. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious balcony offers a stunning lake view of Näsijärvi. Oh, and Särkänniemi amusement park is right there, too - you can see it at the end of the road. We hope to visit again soon!

Asunto oli hyvällä sijainnilla, varsinkin jos Särkänniemi on retkikohteena. Keskustaan pääsee nopeasti ja hyvät liikenneyhteydet julkisilla. Avaimien luovutus oli tehty varsin vaivattomaksi.
