One Bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered loungers, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. A charcoal barbecue and 3 bikes are available. Train S7 and bus can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and you can take both to the city in 35 minutes.

In this family friendly accommodation, you can enjoy a peaceful stay close to Berlin. The souterrain studio is located in green and quiet Seehof Teltow, right at the edge of Berlin. Free parking is available, and Berlin is easy to reach by car. The S Bahn station is about a 15 minute walk away. Guests stay in a separate studio within a family home. Garden and pool may be used when weather allows. Ceiling height is slightly lower, which may feel less comfortable for tall guests.
