“Vine” apartment is located in Madrid center, off Gran Via, on a quiet street in a new building with elevator. It is nature-inspired, bright & modern, has WiFi, is fully equipped and is very close to restaurants, tapas, the Metro, shops & galleries. Best for a single, couples or couples with a kid! Pets are invited happily!!! The apartment is located in a new buliding, with an elevator! It is modern designed, with lots of greenery, themed to its name, Vine. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! In the Neighborhood of the Letters, a neighborhood classic and full of captivation where there lived the best Spanish writers (Cervantes, Lope de Vega, Quevedo,etc.). Surrounded with the Museums, Coffees, Restaurants and Shops. Strategically placed to visit the city. Very well communicated by Underground, Bus and Train to move to other zones of Madrid and to near cities (Toledo, El Escorial, Segovia, etc.)
