Villa Alfonso is a luxurious property located on the hill overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari, with a breathtaking view that will accompany your vacation. The villa has 4 bedrooms in the main body and two annexes, one located in front of the pool and one near the terrace overlooking the sea.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The house has a super equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small dining room, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a balcony with table to dine or have lunch outdoors with a breathtaking sea view + barbecue at hand. The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5 minutes away.
