Cheikh’s place met my expectations.. so clean, private, get all equipments for home .. not far from market.. well I really do enjoyed my stay there… whenever I get back at Gesenyi I will always go at his place… Thanks Cheikh..

My third time here, and another great stay! The location is phenomenal-- a private & tranquil refuge with plenty of space, right on the water, tucked away among a string of hotels/restaurants in easy walking distance. The interior feels a bit un-lived-in but is comfortable enough. Ezekiel the guard was kind and helpful. Only two notes: 1) The AirBnB-mapped location is way off; true location is just below Inzu, per the listing description. 2) No wifi when we were there, which would have been very nice to know beforehand. Thanks Serguei and Ezekiel!

Heri's home might be the most beautiful place to stay in Gesenyi. There are few words to capture how magical her garden is -- hundreds of plants, foliage of all kinds, birds singing to greet you in the morning. Heri's home exceeded our expectations in every way. The delicious homemade breakfast outside on the patio each morning was such a treat. Heri is a wonderful host and her kindness made us feel so at home. We would highly recommend staying at Pazzuri!

Wonderful location with well-maintained property and rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, right by the lake. Definitely planning to return to this spot.

This place was beautiful and a great place to be located to go to Volcanoes national park! Would definitely stay here again!

Love the peace of the place!

This is a really perfect spot if you want to check out Volcanoes National Park without breaking the bank. There can be a real lack of affordable accommodation for tourists in the area and this, as a two-bedroom house with small communal room and secure parking, is absolutely perfect. Saved us a fortune, and it was nice to get back from a rainy day's trekking and have that space to unwind in. Janvier and Anne-Marie really went out of their way, even helping us to order take-out from a local restaurant when we didn't feel like going out. They helped explain the route to the park entrance as we were off to see the golden monkeys. And there were lots of little touches in the house, like biscuits, a hairdryer, shampoo - anything you might have forgotten to bring. They were also very flexible about check out. Really so glad we decided to give it a try, and planning to go back as it's just down the road from Crema coffee shop which is the pick-up spot for canoeing Mukungwa River.

Amazing place to rest and contemplate the Ruhondo lake and surrounding volcanoes. the banana House is cozy and with well decorated interior, we loved it!

We loved our short stay at Divine's house! Beautiful, modern-style house with gorgeous scenery, a clean and well-equipped kitchen, hotel-style bedrooms, and a cozy/peaceful backyard bonfire set up. Divine always responded right away to any questions we had, and the house staff was top notch. We definitely want to come back again! :)

Beautiful, peaceful and easy! Augustine was very attentive to all our needs, meeting us at the boat pier prior to traveling across the lake to the tree house, even though we were 2 hours early! The tree house is clean, cozy and exactly what you need for a weekend away!

This was my second time staying here, and it was once again perfect. We were a group of 7 adults, and we somehow never felt crowded. This house still looks and feels spotless, and the house team was amazing and cooked a fantastic breakfast at our requested time, as we had an early morning. I highly recommend Emilia's place, and I know I'll be back.

Leon's place was beautiful and very spacious. Host was responsive to messages and allowed us to check in early. There was someone at the site who was very kind and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

A beautiful place in the heart of an agricultural cooperative. Nice garden dotted with unit. A good breakfast on the chairs to the songs of the birds with our host:-)

Alice was so great with our baby and Elise (the cook) made delicious food for us and our baby. Anything tour related such as hiking Mount Bisoke ask Peterson. All of the staff went above and beyond to help us. Alice came to the Market with us to buy Rwandan imigongo (pictures) and Kitenge (traditional fabrics). All in all our group highly recommends staying at the Urugano Virunga Palace when you come to Musanze. :)

My stay at the resort was fantastic! The apartment was perfect and the view of Lake Kivu right outside was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to see the lake each morning made the experience truly special. Highly recommend this beautiful place for anyone visiting Rwanda!
