Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a beautiful view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

This is a compact but extremely functional studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette and air conditioning. The Wolf Apartment-is a loft of a single-family house arranged for guests' needs. It consists of two spacious bedrooms, each with a large bed and a sofa bed; a living room with an equipped kitchenette with a sofa bed; and a bathroom. The shared area with the hosts is a closed vestibule, from which there are stairs leading to the floor. Because we live on the ground floor, we prefer quiet guests, families with children. We do not allow parties.

The house is an open gallery house. There are no closed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the sun's rays from spring to fall and is often used.

Bosco is an Italian forest. We were enchanted by the surrounding beech forest, which is part of a nature reserve with two lakes with a beautiful emerald color of water. Located on a glacial site, it enchants the landscape, with year-round colors and stunning views. This place made us want to build a home in natural technology, with an environment designed to make it a pleasure to spend time there.
