Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 minutes by car, shops, tram stops and highway access 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Welcome to the village of Lavérune west of Montpellier. Linen provided (sheets, towels). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side with a barbecue and umbrella to enjoy the sun. A bay window overlooks the garden. Animals allowed. Check-in is autonomous with a key box, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. maximum
