Cozy updated cottage on 20 acres with four ponds!

Nicely updated guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and plenty of property to explore. Queen bed in master bedroom, full size bed in secondary bedroom, pull-out (queen) sofa in Livingroom. Single bathroom with walk in shower. Laundry room with exterior access. Large screened porch with ample seating for relaxing and enjoying the views of the 4 ponds. Additional covered picnic/ lounge area. We live in the main house on the property, the cottage is separate the driveway is shared. Catch and release fishing.

From arrival to exit, I felt right at home! The private apartment was beautifully appointed, very clean, & very comfortable. My gracious host left bottles of water and farm fresh eggs in the fridge, as well as coffee, snacks, and complimentary toiletries. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful with horses and nature everywhere. The two outdoor cats were sweet and friendly, making me miss mine a little less, and Brandi kindly inquired about the reason for my stay (a sports competition), and made sure to wish me luck before my matches without being intrusive. Would stay again and again. A+

Kevin’s place was quite and very clean. It was clutter free and laid out well. I did not have to contact host during my stay as instructions were clear and everything I needed was readily available and easy to locate. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place with a lovely cabin feel inside that was bright and airy. It was easy to get into and the surroundings were private and peaceful. You could hear the neighboring rooster crow which added a nice touch to the ambience. Everything was clean and our dog liked the place as well. Natasha was prompt with communication and we highly recommend this as a place to stay in Aiken.

Our stay was wonderful! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others. A great experience overall!

We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was nice and private and very clean. The pool was a great way to cool off in the summer heat. The host responded very quickly and was very helpful with any questions we had.

Cozy space to relax in the Riverfront city

Elian and Oriana were amazing hosts. We had everything we needed there, and were so close to anything we needed but still secluded so it was quiet around us. The home was beautiful, and cozy and with a fenced in yard made it very nice for our kid to go out and play. 1000 stars and will stay again when we visit family there.

The kitchen is equipped with dark cabinetry and granite countertops. A refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker are visible. Ample natural light enters through a nearby window, illuminating the workspace and enhancing the functionality of this inviting culinary area.
