Elizabeth’s place is delightful and well appointed. It is perfectly set up for long or short term stays. The attention to detail is spot on. The apartment is just a short walk from Main Street and all it has to offer. We own and operate a B & B 200 miles from here so we speak from experience when we say your stay in Grapevine will be very comfortable here.

Legacy is one of my fave places in Dallas, and this was the most perfect place to stay. Ample garaged parking which is rare in this area. The apartment was well stocked, clean and beautiful. Walkable to tonnes of eateries, and the balconette was great for watching the fountain show of an evening. Newman was super helpful, friendly and informative. Great host! I'd absolutely stay here on my next trip, Thanks Newman!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

Charles was the best host. He responded very quickly anytime we had questions. Check in was very easy and simple. The home was beautiful and in a great location. The home was super clean when we checked in. All of the amenities were plentiful. The home looked exactly like the pictures. There were 12 of us there and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Absolute gorgeous home! Relocated to the area & spent 4 months at property that we were very disappointed in. Our home build was delayed & we had to extend our stay & decided to look elsewhere. The previous property was our first with Airbnb, so we were very hesitant to book again. Luckily we found Mo’s property & it was exactly as described. No editing or exaggerated filters on the pictures. Honestly the home seemed very new & hardly lived in! Very clean & much more spacious than it appeared. Literal minutes away from plenty of shopping & restaurants!! Mo was a great host, very responsive & attentive! We enjoyed ourselves so much that immediately after checking out, we booked the property again for our family coming in town for vacation. If had to list a drawback, traffic on the street is slightly annoying. The driveways in the community only fit two cars, so there is a lot of parking on the street, making driving down the street a tight, but totally out of Mo’s control.

This was our second stay, and everything was perfect! Alex’s home is spotless, and I cannot think of anything that I would change. It was spacious and wonderful for our family of 5. Highly recommend!

Just as described. Very responsive and helpful host. Good location and easy to find, right off 75. Street construction made it slightly difficult but nothing to complain about and no fault of host. Would stay again.

Great host and a really nice, recently remodeled, and very clean house. We were there for a family weekend reunion. Would definitely recommend to everyone and will book again if we are back to the area.

Loved this little hideaway! The place was updated and clean, with new appliances and everything was labeled making it easy to find the things we needed. The kayaks were a great touch and access to the water is close and easy to get to. Very peaceful. LOVE the porch swing!! The host was kind and responsive. The place does not have a fence so if you have dogs please note there is a (large) neighborhood dog named Baby that frequents the neighborhood and often comes near the house but is sweet as can be. We loved him! Overall we loved our stay.

cute, comfortable house with fun, quirky decor. plenty of room to be able to spread out with my family during a long weekend stay. 5 min drive to some great local restaurants. nice covered backporch to enjoy on a cool evening.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Great spot. This is our second time staying in Christina’s place. We love the lower Greenville neighborhood. Very walkable.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

Place was very quiet and convenient. Kane was a great host, very communicative.

I was a bit wary of getting an Airbnb as I normally stay at a hotel for this type of trip, but I wanted something more comfortable, convenient, and private this time around. I came across this place and it had everything I was looking for, with an extra bonus of an arcade cabinet (so fun). My stay at this place was great, it was exactly as described and very comfortable to stay. The owner Charles was very communicative, and responded right away. The instructions were very clear and organized threw out my stay. The check-in and check-out process was super easy as well. The place itself was very clean and looked just like it was on the listing. The beds were pretty comfortable, I would say on par with a nice hotel. Plenty of towels and linens if needed, as well as some starter supplies for the stay like soaps, cotton swabs, laundry detergent, and even a few snacks in the kitchen. Overall, the place was great and at a great price. I definitely would stay here again on my next trip.
