Vacation home in a quiet location for 8 people. On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washer-dryer. In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

Our small wooden house is right on the edge of the forest, so you can watch deer or other wildlife while having breakfast on the terrace. We live on the neighboring property. There is also a 2nd apartment. Our children's playground with trampoline and swing is right behind the house in the forest. Our 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak, 1 rowboat and 2 standups are available to our guests in the boathouse at Wurlsee by arrangement. There is a wallbox for charging at the house.

The house consists of two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms and two living rooms with sofa beds, whereby one living room is completely lockable, with its own access to the bathroom, so that this can also be used as a pure bedroom. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohnsiedlung auf einem 1000 qm großen abgeschlossenen Grundstück separat im Garten. Die Lage ist ein guter Mix für Erholung und Ruhe und doch nicht weit ab vom Warener Stadtleben, oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. An warmen Tagen können Sie auf der großen überdachten Terrasse direkt am Ferienhaus frühstücken oder am Abend grillen.
