Monthly Rentals in Murdoch

Great spot - we used this as a base to explore Fremantle and surrounds. Easy 10-15 minute drive to the hot spots. We managed to fit our small 4m tinny and car in the car port. Perfect space for 4 of us

The location was great, peaceful and very convenient. Short distance to parks nearby, and <10mins drive to supermarkets/malls, located just 2 short turns to major highways/freeways. The kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy to prepare meals. The place is child-friendly, which was a big plus. The photos are accurate, so everything matched expectations. The sofa is a bit old but still quite comfortable. One suggestion would be to add a bidet in the bathroom, and another is to have a longer hose for the shower for better flexibility. Overall, a pleasant, reliable, and family-friendly stay.
