The house is positioned well back from the road with large windows providing a light and leafy outlook with no noise. The house has new bathrooms, beds, fresh new towels and sheets, appliances and is fully equipped. Positioned with Melrose house, Fairfield park and the city within minutes walk in an established blue chip location this house is hard to beat

New self-contained studio on owners' property. Great size for 1-2 adults. Situated on a main road so unfortunately not suitable for children. Public transport is infrequent, so a car is advisable. Super fast broadband, TV with Netflix etc. Views of Richmond hills. Bed linen and towels provided. No surcharge for cleaning. Well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Small private patio.
