Studio with a double bed. 1km from the canal from Nantes to Brest, 1km from the Guerlédan dam and 1km from the village of St Aignan, new studio equipped at the end of a longhouse with independent entrance, very quiet place. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Very bright, spacious and above all very quiet house, close to all shops and sports facilities (playground, municipal swimming pool, velodrome, large park with water. House rated 3 stars on June 28, 2023 house 10 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 25 to 30 minutes from the beaches by car. 15-minute drive to Saint-Brieuc – SNCF train station.
