We had a few issues that could have been avoided but Sempijja was pleasant and offered us compensation. House wasn’t cleaned properly but he was extremely apologetic and explained it was an oversight. Suggested they provide drinking water for guests, tea/coffee and basic necessities. Lots of congestion with traffic so try to arrive outside of rush hour. The road in off of Masaka Rd is pretty rough but it’s easy to find. The house, pool and gardens are lovely. It’s very private and fairly quiet during the day, however there is a bar nearby that plays loud music until 4-5 am pretty much every night and a mosque nearby that shouts their call to prayer at 5 am. The fan helped drown out some of the noise. Suggestion - you really need fans for every room. There were only 2 for 6 bedrooms. The pool was amazing and beautiful surroundings. Partly shaded by a large palm which is great if you have sensitive skin. All in all we enjoyed our time and will return.

Title: Wonderful Stay! Review: We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Sharon’s place. From start to finish, everything was great. The communication with Lynn was smooth and prompt, making everything hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautiful , providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, what I loved most was that the apartment had 24/7 security , a super market , Sauna and a Gym with in the premises , Quality shopping centre was with in 5 mins and had beautiful shops , cafes and restaurants . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. I will miss my morning walks in the hills of beautiful Lubowa. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Sharon and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back.

My family and throughly enjoyed our stay at Carolyn and Junior’s house! The house was so spacious and comfortable for my family and I. And we absolutely fell in love with Mr. Steven, Mr. Dickson, Ms. Barbara, and Ms. Judith! They are wonderful and very helpful and attentive. The host were very welcoming and helpful, we had a little hiccup and they were there to make sure matters were solved and in a timely manner. We were sad to have to leave as this place really started feeling like home. I definitely recommend this house 100%

We had a wonderful stay at Khadija’s oasis of comfort! The accommodation is very easy to reach from the city center and offers direct shopping options, as well as a safe environment. We really enjoyed our time there – the small pool was definitely a highlight! Everything was exactly as described, and Khadija was an excellent host. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Thank you for the amazing time!

A beautiful villa in stunning surroundings. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They responded to queries straight away & went above and beyond to help us reach restaurants, shops etc. Loved the gardens and swimming pool! Felt like paradise! Thank you

Excellent location, responsible host. We were able to conduct a reception and it was the perfect space for all the catering services and guests. If you ever need all of your family in one place this is the place to rent out. And our host was very great to attend to our needs.

I returned to this beautiful home. My stay was perfect. I highly recommend this place. Kampala has to improve the infrastructure. The roads is not easy. This has nothing to do with Delias place. You'll see that her place is well kept and safe. If you are looking for a peaceful place, definitely book immediately. I had a small celebration for my 55 years. This did not present a issue with Delia or her staff, which made me appreciate my stay even more. I have all praise to my stay...

Allan was a great host, making us feel comfortable and right at home. The space was very well designed with impeccable woodwork and very cozy. The house is immaculate.Very clean and in a quite serene place. Stephen was very responsive thus the check in process was smooth.The caretaker was friendly and assisted us to settle in the place and our stay was very enjoyable. I will sure be back.

Kenneth went above and beyond, the communication was timely and useful. The house is curated with care and thoughtfulness. They were able to take considerations around safety and comfort as we were traveling with a young child. Most responsive host I have come across. Definitely a home away from home!

My friends and I stayed at Dr Stella's place in Namulanda for two nights. She and Kia, her house manager are very nice, welcoming and helpful with even the smallest details to make our stay as easy as possible - on top of all the amenities and fully functioning chicken, she even recommended a neighbourhood restaurant that served a delicious supper. Neighbourhood is a bit of a distance off the maid road but it makes up for that with how peaceful and safe it is. I'll definitely stay whenever I am in the area as the price itself is really good for this place.

I didn't get to meet John, but I met Mama Jayme who was super super helpful! I booked to prepare for my traditional marriage ceremony, and I surely have no regrets! Amazing Mama Jayme! God Bless Her

It was a joy for me and my partner to stay at Jenny's place. The location was calming and peaceful; a good getaway from the hustle and bustle of Kampala. The bnb is located 15min from Bule Landingsight where we docked with a boat organised for us by Jenny. The boda boda ride to the tucked-away sanctuary was just as scenic as the journey on Lake Victoria. We specifically enjoyed the privacy of the bnb including how quiet it was and the outside kitchen with all amenities. The birds and other interesting wildlife spotted on the property were an extra perk for me. The staff was helpful, discrete and dedicated to helping us have a good time. We will certainly be back in future.

I'm a returning guest, and that for a good reason. The house and the compound is absolutely amazing and the host is amazing. We came back specifically for this house/Location because it's in a quiet and family-friendly area and has a big (Big!) garden outside for the kids to play. We've spent the entire days outside eating, playing and enjoying the sunny Kampala weather. The help are also very helpful and have gone above and beyond to make sure that me and my big family have been as comfortable as possible. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay. I am already planning my next trip, and I know it will be in this house again.

We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host, Brian, was super responsive and made everything easy from the moment we booked. The house is modern, stylish, and exactly as advertised — maybe even better in person. The facilities were spotless, and Grace, the housekeeper, did a great job keeping everything clean and well-organized throughout our stay. Towels, basic toiletries, and all the essential facilities were on hand and ready to use, which made settling in really convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable too — perfect since we had a bit of work to catch up on. We mostly used a car to get around, but there were plenty of transport options nearby if needed. Another unexpected bonus: no mosquitoes at all, which made the stay even more pleasant. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing and getting some downtime. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d happily stay here.

Från första ögonblicket så kände jag mig som hemma. Asante Courts har fantastiskta moderna hem med härlig inredning, öppen planlösning och fina detaljer. Det var hemtrevligt och vi trivdes jättebra. Lägenheten var barnanpassad för min bebis med spjälsäng och barnstol. Det finns takfläkt i alla rum, jag hade alltid el och bra nätvärk, sköna sängar, inga myggor, lugnt och säkert område med en skola bredvid. Personalen (Aron, Charles, Musa, Emma) var så trevliga och bemötande att jag förlängde min vistelse med 2 veckor. Jag rekommenderar starkt detta boende och längtar redan tills min nästa vistelse.

The place was easy to access. The Host provided clear directions to the place without the need to keep calling them all the time. The house was exactly as it was potrayed in the Photos, clean, welcoming and warm. Everything functioned properly and seamlessly except for wifi which didn't have internet. Other challenge is with parking, its quite limited. therefore, for travellers staying overnight with a car, kindly take note

Raymond was simply an amazing host. If ever there was an issue, he or his manager would respond immediately, even on one Sunday morning when we needed a new propane tank to cook breakfast. My review of Raymond and his home is based on him making sure we were accommodated for regardless of the situation. For example, one day, the Internet went out due to an outage at the Internet Service Provider. For me, the Internet was required as I was working remotely from the States during our stay. Raymond, not only put in an urgent ticket to get the Internet back up the next day, but he also purchased and installed Internet router by another Internet Service Provider, so if there was ever an outage again, my wife and I, and his future clients would have another way to access the Internet. That is service beyond measure. His staff was wonderful. Wish I could write more about how great our stay was. I highly recommend you stay at Raymond's home. You will have an amazing and relaxing experience.

Ivan really thought of everything when furnishing this place. Safety deposit boxes in the bedrooms, backup lights in case of a power cut and intruder sensors at the main door entrance. He and his partner were very responsive when we inquired about anything and they really did do their best to address every need. My cousin had her baby with her and they provided a baby cot to make her stay as comfortable as possible. We really enjoyed our stay here.
