Meine Frau und ich haben uns vor wenigen Jahren dazu entschlossen unser Haus neu auszubauen und ein Teil der Fläche für Feriengäste zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir vermieten eine separate, ca. 60 m² große Loft - Wohnung / Haus mit eigenem Eingang im Anbau unseres über 100 Jahre alten Hauses an Gäste, die "Anders" übernachten möchten! Die Wohnung ist autark + getrennt vom Haupthaus. Eine eigene Terrasse bzw. ein eigener Gartenanteil gehören zur Wohnung. Rund ums Haus sind Wälder und Felder, hier kann man spazierengehen oder radfahren auf der Römer Lippe Route. Das Ruhrgebiet (Duisburg, Essen) ist nah. Supermarkt, Pizzeria + Apotheke sind vor Ort.
