We had a great time at Francisco's. The room is simple and clean and there are enough blankets so you don't get cold! It is located in a small park with llamas and alpacas that welcomes a few visitors during the day. We were welcomed into the family home for breakfast and dinner (good and hearty) for 30Q per person per meal. Although the family ate before us, they were very attentive to us and we were able to connect with Raúl, Francisco's brother. It was a pleasant and authentic moment, all in simplicity.

The best Airbnb in Huehuetenango, beautiful cabin and everything very close to the attractions. Lorena and Marta made us feel right at home, we will definitely be back on our next visit

The best host you can find, is on a country side of the town you have great mountain views, but very close to restaurants and activities you can do. You can totally rely on Carmen’s advice if you are unsure what to do. We arrived as a last minute guest, but she arranged everything for us with recommendations, restaurants, and local tour guides for our activities. Totally worth it if you look for a place with a cozy feeling and relaxing atmosphere.
