The house was well equipped with all the necessary amenities and located in a quiet area. There was nothing missing from our family. It's easy to get in touch with the host, Angela and her husband are very nice people. We recommend this peaceful getaway on Ohrid Lake.

Such a great house! We loved staying here: a very spacious home, relaxing garden, overall a great atmosphere. The house was very clean, and all you could need is provided. Top it off with a very friendly host, and you have the prefect experience. Ten out of ten!

Dejan and his listing are great - I was having trouble with a previous host and needed to find a new place on short notice, and he rescheduled other visitors so I could make the move to his place for the remaining two months of my stay. The apartment was fairly new so a few things were missing, but he and his father were extremely responsive with bringing any kitchenware I needed or fixing a dead lightbulb. Speaking of which, his father frequently brought me local food or fruit that had recently come into season. The location and furnishing of the apartment are wonderful, as well. If I return to Ohrid, I'll be staying here.

The place is a lovely getaway, its in a quiet little bay with old houses that most of the old owners build themselves. If you want a luxury experience this is not the place, however if you want an amazing authentic Balkan lakeside experience this is definitely the place. The owner, Filip, was extremely helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful and it truly feels like you are in a remote village with all its charms.

Everything was great. The cleanliness of the house was perfect. The balcony view was amazing. It can only be cold for those who go in the winter months. There was no heater except the air conditioner. Even though we were in late September, we were cold at night.

Despite our last-minute booking, Slavica was incredibly accommodating and gracious. She went above and beyond, helping us arrange a car for the next day and even greeting us with delicious, fresh figs from her garden. The home itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of Lake Ohrid from the balcony. Every corner of the house was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Slavica's hospitality truly made us feel at home, and we can't recommend her place enough! Thank you, Slavica, for your kindness and for making our stay in Ohrid so special.

This is a beautiful apartment, perfect for exploring Ohrid. It was spotlessly clean, with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The balcony is perfect for summer evenings! The host was really friendly and responsive, giving us local restaurant recommendations, and flexibility on check in and check out times. Highly recommend this great value beautiful apartment!

A beautiful house, stylishly decorated, in a perfect place with incredibly likeable owners. We are thrilled and thank Daniel for the wonderful time we spent with him. Thanks to the nice and helpful messages, we always felt well taken care of! I'm sure we'll be back!

The house was great, better than we expected! Both Wolfgang and Muki (the contact person at the location) were very responsive and helpful. The house has a sort of magical quality to it that starts when you arrive at the wooden gate set into the vine covered stone wall. You unlock the door to a beautiful garden with pink hydrangeas, a small lawn and a grape vine covered pergola with a large table underneath. The house is great too. The air conditioning worked well and the kitchen was fully stocked. Bedrooms were good sized. We were in Ohrid for my son’s wedding and I can say that this house added to our enjoyment of our stay and the event! Thank you Wolfgang!

Jordan’s place is located nicely on the side of a hill with a beautiful view. You can walk the mountains nearby from here and enjoy some peace. Make sure you pre-arrange groceries though if you don’t have a car, as it might be difficult to find anything nearby.

I spent a pleasant two nights at Ljupco's place. It was very peaceful and quiet. The location is great, as I needed a place near the bus station. You can see the house from the bus station so it was very easy find. There were two grocery stores nearby, so this added to the convenience. Ljupco is a good communicator and responded to my messages and questions quickly. He is friendly and speaks English very well.

I am so happy I found this place. I had the luck that I could stay a long time here and it was perfect. The best thing for me was the warm/good atmosphere in the house. Daniela was a superhost for me. Always ready for a talk with a coffee. They keep the house very clean and always ask me if I need something. The location was perfect for me, close to all the things I need, beaches, restaurant, supermarket. If you are looking for a warm place with good people outside the city but still close to the city, I highly recommend this place. Daniela and Lazar thank you so much!!!

Nicola is a greatly involved, passionate host. He went out of his way to greet us in person (coming from Greece to check us in and show us everything). The apartment is really cosy and very well equipped. It is located 10 minutes from the centre and 10 minutes from the lake. Also it is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and you can really feel at home there, especially with all the knick-knacks, books, CDs, DVDs and board games. Lovely stay!! Highly recommendable! Really good apartment with nice view of the lake and within walking distance to most things.

Communication with the host was easy and straightforward. The apartment looks just like the photos, and the two AC units heated the space quickly, which was appreciated. Everything went smoothly.

First and foremost, Roland was the perfect host, proactively contacting us prior to arrival to collect details for our registration in North Macedonia (government expectation) and picking us up from the bus terminal; making our arrival stress free. The apartment was exactly as described and Roland takes the time to show you around explaining how everything works in the apartment and pointing out the local amenities and points of interest. We exchanged contact details, so he was always available if required, how good is that! Having spent the previous four days in a hotel, as nice as it was, it simply didn't compare to Roland's apartment; in fact it rained heavily all day on one occasion, so we simply cooked for ourselves, relaxed with a glass of wine and watched TV, you can't do that in a hotel room Truly a perfect home from home and well placed to explore Ohrid on foot. The price is better than fair and Roland even arranged a 3hr Airport Transfer for us. Thank you so much Roland

Frosina was easily available and even offered us to check in ahead of time. Had a great stay at her place that is really well located in a quiet but central part of old town. Also loved the wine that was left for us! Free parking places for those who need them were a only a few minutes walk from the place.

We loved this place! The apartment is at a great and central location and was very easy to find. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable just like at home. It has all the necessary things for a stay.
