Welcome to our guest suite in Coquitlam where a mall, parks, restaurants and the Skytrain are easily accessible!! Your hosts (Kumi & Gamini) are well traveled, friendly and respectful individuals. If you choose to stay with us, we will make your trip a memorable one! NOTE: Bookings for 1-2 guests get only 1 bedroom (queen bed or 2 single beds). Bookings for 3-4 guests get both bedrooms. If a party 2 guests, need separate rooms please book as 3 guests or there will be a $ 15/day extra charge.

Sunny Nest

Sunny Nest, very bright and specious, comfortable 1 bedroom suite with living room, kitchen and bathroom; everything just for you. There is also sun room (shared with the host) with access to the garden and huge sun deck where you can enjoy south view on the city. Convenient location in Coquitlam-Millardville. Option to self check with the key in the key-box. The house is situated on the slope of the hill; there are comfortable access steps (2 x 8 steps) from the lower parking to the suite.

Family Friendly Private Suite

This bright above ground one bedroom with queen size bed with private entrance. It’s the perfect place if you need a short stay while working in town, or in the process of moving into your permanent location, or here to visit family. Located in Central Coquitlam. 1 Block from Poirier Recreational Centre-swimming pool, hockey/lacrosse arena, gym, & library. Blocks away from Mundy Pool. Bus stop outside front door. 40 minute commute to downtown Vancouver via car. 10 min walk to grocery stores

This private suite is a brand new listing in Burquitlam, an emerging suburban neighborhood at the edge of Burnaby & Coquitlam. There are many new businesses & conveniences that have sprung up around the nearby newer Skytrain station. From here you can easily get to downtown Vancouver and Hwy 1, explore the wilder & rural areas such as Belcarra Park, Krause Farm, Fort Langley & the PoCo Trail. Your hosts are a university teacher & accountant who like the easy access to both city & country.

Cozy suite located 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Our suite is in central Coquitlam. It is walking distance from Mundy Park (full of walking trails and an amazing playground suitable for toddlers to big kids), Poirier Rec center (swimming pool, skating rink, community center, library, running track) and other amenities. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The suite has a private entrance. Inside is two bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 twin sized beds), bathroom and laundry.

Welcome to our newly renovated self-contained suite, conveniently located close to the city center and attractions. With a private entrance, enjoy privacy and flexibility. The suite, situated on the ground level basement, offers ample natural light. Inside, find a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a studio double bed with curtains for privacy. The living room also has a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Stay connected with free WIFI and parking in the safe neighborhood.

2 Bedroom | Private & Quiet | Clean & Pet Friendly

This is a quiet & private ground level en-suite located at the back of the house. Nearby, you can conveniently find supermarkets & shopping centres within walking distance or driving distance. Minutes away you can quickly connect to the highway taking you to the Greater Vancouver or the Tri-Cities. Bus stops & the Skytrain transit system are also all within walking distance. You can enjoy walking trails on Coquitlam Crunch, Shoreline Trail . During summer time you can visit Sasamat and Bantzen lakes , one of the warmest lakes in Metro Vancouver with great sandy beaches.

Tucked in a safe and pleasant neighbourhood, our guest suite is located inside a family home and has its own private walk out entrance for total privacy. With plenty of natural light, it is spacious, bright and cozy - ideal for anything from a weekend getaway to week-long business trip. The King size bed provides ample space for a restful sleep. Living room is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV. Netflix and Prime streaming are just a button press away.

Starlight Poolside Suite

Starlight Poolside Suite is a perfect one-bedroom guest suite in my detached house in Coquitlam’s Ranch Park neighbourhood. Coq Centre Mall, West Coast Express Train and Skytrain all within a 15 minute drive! You can walk to all these but as I am on a hill, you may wish to take transit or a cab back (5 mins). The comfy king bed can be split into two twin XL beds upon request. Shared backyard and heated pool (POOL OPEN JUN THRU SEPT).

Centrally located basement suite with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a large bathroom. Our location is not recommended for guests who want to be close to downtown Vancouver, or are looking for proximity to Vancouver proper. We are 45 min via car from downtown Vancouver, 45 min drive from YVR Vancouver International Airport. We do not accept any 3rd party bookings. If you are not staying here, you cannot book for someone else.
