This is an excellent place to stay if you must come to Busia. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, a responsive host, a helpful caretaker and the apartment is very close to the Kenya/Uganda border.
A wide expanse of lush green lawn is surrounded by well-maintained gardens and trees. Several residential buildings are visible in the background, framed by a serene landscape. The area offers a peaceful and inviting environment for outdoor relaxation.

Our stay at the Sosa Villas was very nice. Our Villa was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was clean, though could have used a thorough wipe down as I could smell food odors when I opened the cupboards. There were mosquito nets above the beds, though it took a lot of adjusting to get them to work/hang without touching us in the bed. Some of the windows in our villa did not close completely. Nice, hot shower, good products and shower shoes in the bathroom. Quiet surroundings and grounds for a restful sleep. While check- in was smooth, I did not hear at all from Bruce before arriving. I tried messaging, calling, emailing, but never received a response. We arrived and they were expecting us; check in was like any other hotel. Grace was especially kind and helpful during our stay - she went out of her way to welcome us and answer questions. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was very good! Breakfast was excellent as well. We used the gym and pool during our stay - both very nice!
