Just a stone’s throw away from the seafront, this little cottage has everything you need for a perfect stay in the picturesque village of Mumbles. Named after the gorgeous sea views from the top terrace. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day exploring Gower Peninsula. This quiet but steep street is only a few minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. It’s just over a mile to the stunning beaches of Langland and Rotherslade. This really is the perfect spot!

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The cottage has been fully refurbished. It offers a combination of contemporary and old in a minimalistic manner. Full use of all the facilities within the cottage. They include a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge, TV in the kitchen, TVs in 2 / 3 bedrooms. (King and Double) The single rear bedroom leads out to a decking area. Fully equipped kitchen. For anyone who has stayed in Mumbles they will be aware of parking issues - this is not a problem here as there is a private off road parking area.

The iconic Mumbles Pier, Langland & Rotherslade Bay are within walking distance, and a short drive is Caswell Bay and the Gower Peninsula. The cottage offers 2 large bedrooms, a cosy lounge with a comfortable double bed settee, separate dining room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. The large sun trap garden is quiet and peaceful with a fire pit and outdoor seating. You can be assured of a perfect costal retreat.

Langland and Caswell beaches are either a short walk or car journey whilst Gower’s beaches are also easily accessibility
