Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mulsanne

Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Small functional apartment ideally located close to amenities and the train station,it is rather easy to find a parking space on the street, everything was perfect for our short weekend stay and the hosts are welcoming and responsive.

Second stay at Émilie's, apartment still as clean and pretty. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy anything this time because the flu kept me bedridden as soon as I arrived, but Émilie was extremely understanding and accommodating to help me as much as possible. I thank her for that.

Very clean, hosts were extremely responsive and clear with instructions on how to access property. Local area felt a little deprived but I had no issues as was just using the apartment as a night stopover en route back to UK from Occitane area of France. I would happily stay there again if travelling a similar route.

A perfect stay, but way too short! Catherine is a very friendly and accommodating host. The cottage was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. The surroundings are quiet, with the pleasure of hearing the birdsong all day long. I would recommend it in a second!

this is the second time we've gone to Gérard's. It is a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thanks Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Thank you so much for hosting us, Josiane. We'll definitely come back.

Bérengère and her husband are very nice and were very welcoming. The room is exactly as described, and the location is ideal for discovering Le Mans. We would highly recommend it.

Very nice cottage in a nice little village. Very quiet. The rental is perfect, identical to the photos. Very clean and convenient. Everything you need. Great kitchen. Very nice rooms, very comfortable bedding. Very nice little living room. A terrace that must be very pleasant when the weather is nice to eat, unfortunately we had water...... Bathrooms at the top, just to say something, it would be necessary in the showers to put a small shelf for products. If we go back there we know where we went. and large garage I forgot super convenient. Thank you to the hosts for making us a nice cottage.

Just a brief stop for us en route to the Uk. I’d highly recommend staying here. The cottage is beautifully presented and the little extras have all been thought about such as coffee / tea / kitchen roll / hand soap / loo roll etc etc. The hosts clearly care and the place is stylish and comfortable. Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

Wonderful and welcoming place to stay. A beautiful and a typically ‘French’ style apartment and attention to detail in every aspect was superb!

Lovely and very comfortable apartment, with great location close to the centre of Le Mans. Short walk to shops, great restaurants and bars. Our hosts went the extra mile to make sure our check in was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Very good option, we went for the LaMans 2024 race, they worried that we understand everything, some details such as food, drink, etc. The area is super nice and very quiet, there is bus close to go to the circuit, etc.
