Condo vacation rentals in Mullet Bay Beach

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

Un très beau séjour pour nous. Le logement était propre, sécuritaire et bien situé. Les gens de l’immeuble étaient très sympathique. La piscine et la plage sont un atout essentiel lors des chaudes journées. En plus, Harry était toujours dispo pour nos questions et répondait très rapidement et clairement. En bref, wow.

I had a lovely one month stay at this very well equipped apartment in Jordan Village, Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. A low key basic comfortable and spacious apartment, with all basic amenities you would need. Plus some nice complementary extras. Apartment was immaculately clean, and the pool in the apartment complex area was sooo good. Safe neighbourhood with basic shops and eateries within easy walking distance. 10-20 min walking distance to Mullet and Cupecoy beaches, and easy driving to all beaches on the island; 10 min drive to Maho Village and Princess Juliana International Airport. Very hospitable and responsive host, Vishal facilitated a comfortable first rate experience. I hope to rent from Vishal again for even longer stays in this lovely place in the future.

Elettra was who I had communication with and she was awesome, extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was nicer in person than in the photos, the neighbors were friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely would stay there again and would recommend their place to any of my friends.

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.

Jays place is absolutely stunning!! Waking up to that view every day was amazing!! Beautiful beach is steps away and it feels very private, never got crowded. The place is well equipped with everything you need and more and the air conditioning is 10/10! Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and everything was so clean. Communication was quick and easy for any questions you may have and the check in process was so smooth. This place is definitely one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in and will definitely be back when I return to Saint Martin !!

We had a perfect 6-night stay in this lovely 1-bedroom condo right on the beach. While the beach is walkable, it is not for swimming though. Yet the beautiful swimming pool just in front makes up for it. The place is clean, quiet, fully furnished, and has everything a small family might need. After beach days, we enjoyed relaxing on the back patio more than going out to busy bars—it’s that peaceful and nice especially at night. Rachel was super nice, always available when needed, and very helpful throughout our stay. You’ll need a car, but everything is close: Baye Rouge is a 1-minute drive, Mullet and Maho Bay about 10 minutes. A nearby store covers all essentials, and larger grocery options like Monoprix and Carrefour are just a short drive away. If you love being right on the beach, away from tourist crowds but still close to everything, this place is a gem. Highly recommended!

Très bien situé au nord, vous aurez de la tranquillité mais Il faut une voiture. Une semaine n’a pas suffit!! La piscine était quasi à nous!!! Jet ski à 5 mn et petite plage. Chemin des froussard à faire avec un pique-nique et des chaussures de marche👍.

The two of us had a wonderful long-weekend getaway! The unit and surrounding property is absolutely stunning. We loved the modern touch of the unit and how clean everything is. We got way more than we paid for and I’m so thankful we discovered this property.

Great spot! Safe, friendly people. We liked the pool option too. The rooftop is extra special at sunset if you come back from the beach early; also a quiet place to read. Certainly a fabulous location for bakery, cafes, restaurants, groceries and exquisite beaches. Super convenient & walkable. Good parking too. Shelly was warm, helpful and replied quickly before & during our trip.

Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!

Luc checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Leanne's place is exactly as pictured and they even granted us access to the community's workout facilities. Luc was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and the driver he recommended (Simon) was prompt, polite, and always available to drop us off and pick us up all over the island. I would highly recommend a stay at Leanne's place. You won't regret it.

My wife and I celebrated our 7th anniversary here. The staff was warm and responsive to our needs and made the effort to ensure we were comfortable. They left personalized card on the day of our anniversary and complementary pastries and champagne for us to enjoy. Our room was a 2 minute walk from the pristine Meads Bay. There was also a nice selection of restaurants right along the beach. Overall the stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend.

Ravie de ce sejour ou nous avons decouvert un immense studio trés bien agencé et décoré. une grande et belle salle de bain, ainsi qu une cuisine toute equipée. Tout est disponible pour un sejour parfait. peu de bruit du parking proche. Le lit et canapé trés confortable. une immense tv et en prime un coffre fort. a 2mn un supermarché, une boulangerie un resto italien, thai et rotisserie. 2 immenses piscines au bord du lagon avec une belle vue. bref pour 3 jours de repos nous avions tout sur place sans voiture . De retour sur l ile apres plusieurs années nous garderons precieusement cette adresse pour un prochain sejour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Great appartement, perfectly renovated with a fantastic sea view terrasse where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. You can easily accommodate a family of 4, and for 2 it is perfect. We will certainly come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

Loved Yoan! So helpful! Met me to help find the apartment and was a gentleman helping with my bags. Space was clean and spotless. Recommended me so many places to see, do and eat. Definitely would come to him again🥰

We have always stayed at all inclusive resorts. We wanted to try something different but were hesitant about an Airbnb. Patrick's Villa was the first we viewed and nothing that we looked at online left the impression of La voyageur. Between the amazing reviews and beautiful decor, it just felt right. From our arrival, to departure and all the things in between, Patrick was an amazing host. From restaurant reservations to the best beach clubs, we were able to spend each second of our trip experiencing the best St. Martin had to offer. Patrick truly made our experience exceptional not to mention the unique atmosphere this flat provides. Beautiful views in a gated community with the best French cuisine within walking distance, we were truly in our perfect paradise. We purchased a few groceries and cooked a few times but ultimately felt at home. It was so very hard to leave. Thank you Patrick for offering a very special experience that we hope to revisit soon.

Mijn moeder en ik hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht op zee en Anguilla. Het appartement was heel erg schoon. Georgi is een hele fijne host die ervoor zorgt dat je verblijf fantastisch is. Je hoeft maar iets te vragen en ze staat voor je klaar. Voor iedereen die een zorgeloos verblijf op Saint Martin zoekt: zoek niet verder :)

Stayed 5 nights at The Beach Condo and my family had a fantastic time. Roel was without a doubt the best host of any Air BnB I’ve stayed at. He was quick to respond any time I had a question or needed a recommendation. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Just steps away is an essentially private beach. We loved being able to take a short walk down the beach to grab lunch at Mary’s Boon. This was a great vacation and a lot of that is due to Roel and his beach condo. Thanks!!

Liron s place is a fantastic, quiet apartment with beautiful views over a golf course and a lagoon. The apartment has more than you will ever need and in fact has more amenities than listed such as reading lamps (which I needed for working) and many beach towels etc. TV, internet etc work perfectly. We had an excellent stay and I could not recommend this apartment more highly. Also Liron and Karolina have very positive energy.
