Vacation rentals with beach access in Mullet Bay Beach

We were warmly greeted at the entrance by the amazing Enzo from The Lux Villa Concierge. He gave us a thorough and welcoming tour of the apartment, which was not only spotless and spacious but also beautifully designed with a fresh, contemporary feel. The entire space smelled fantastic and felt like home from the very first moment. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for day-to-day living — from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches throughout. Enzo went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and even sent us curated links to local restaurants and entertainment options around the island. He checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect — and it was. This place truly exceeded all expectations. It was a 10 out of 10 experience and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to return!

The studio is really quiet despite its proximity to the airport, I didn't feel any discomfort and I was able to sleep peacefully at all hours of the day. The bedding is very comfortable, I was able to rest and at the same time enjoy the island. There is really everything nearby (pharmacy, restaurants, casinos, shops, bar, beaches etc.) and within walking distance. The host's instructions were clear. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this studio.

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. This was our first time in Sint Maarten and our experience exceeded our expectations. I knew I wanted a beachfront Airbnb and this was the perfect choice. It was everything we wanted and more! The photos displaying the space don’t even do it justice. It is a luxurious-feeling apartment, incredibly clean and tidy, lots of natural light. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and shower are great, kitchen is stocked with all tools and appliances you’d ever need. The balcony and view are out of this world! We loved having the beach access steps away from the apartment. It made for some amazing beach days. The water is truly crystal clear & blue. Super driveable (and even walkable) to nearby restaurants. I’d say everything is within a 3-5 minute drive. The hosts stocked the fridge with some drinks for us upon our arrival and also provided a guide for the Airbnb, as well as nearby restaurants. Overall we will 100% be coming back and this was the best Airbnb experience we EVER had. 5 stars! ⭐️

We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Great place to stay, very spacious, super equipped, the roof terrace is beautiful, especially I like the surroundings, safe, quiet and within 20 minutes walk from the airport. I was now at a Paul's place for the second time and can 100% recommend this apartment. Price / performance.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Jamal’s property. He has a bunch of these short term rentals and you can tell he is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry. He was responsive, helpful, he was completely awesome. Next time we come to St. Martin, we are staying at one of his properties. 10/10, highly recommend.

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

I had an amazing stay in Saint Martin. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The view from the pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the island. Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again.

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

Had an amazing stay! The location is perfect location, being that it’s near many restaurants and a few beaches. Definitely recommend renting a car. The place had everything we could need. Love the pools and private beach. Some of the furniture and bed sheets could be updated, but otherwise everything was great. Host was very responsive, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

We were amazed by this rental. We’ve always had great ones in the past but this one is the most beautiful one we’ve had. Rachel and her husband were amazing people and are taking care of your needs as soon as you get there. The views you have from the patio is amazing and relaxing. We will return for sure.

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

My family and I had an amazing time at Kevin’s Airbnb. The unit was clean, well presented and very spacious. The view is amazing as you are essentially right on the beach, steps away from the building. As it is west facing it does get hot but the unit has a centralised air conditioning system that works really well. Checkin process was easy and convenient. Would recommend for any family visiting Sint Maarten.
