Gut Scheidt is located in the green triangle of Düsseldorf / Ratingen / Mettmann. It's less than 10 minutes to the A3. The distance to Düsseldorf city center is approx. 25 minutes. The fair and the airport can be reached in 20 minutes. The district town of Mettmann is only 10 minutes away…

The apartment is located in the beautiful south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the Holthausen/Raadt district. The quiet location directly on the nature reserve does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in about 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 15 minutes Messe Düsseldorf: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 min CentrO Oberhausen: approx. 25 min.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Our freshly renovated and light-flooded apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city. From here you can reach the city centre, Messe Essen and the clinic in only a few minutes (by car). The apartment offers you a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area overlooking the sunny balcony. The cosy living room/bedroom has Smart-TV, WLAN & your own Netflix + Amazon Prime Account! We are also happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair! :)

From the spacious living area and bedroom you can each access your terrace with a south-facing orientation. The kitchen has a dishwasher and everything else you need. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a large floor-to-ceiling shower. From the apartment you can reach the beautiful Lake Constance in approx. 5 minutes on foot.

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.
