Beautiful Apartment on Muizenberg Beachfront

This apartment is in the sought after Empire building on the famous Muizenberg beachfront. It's on the first floor facing the sea with great views. There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite and sliding doors out onto the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment is finished to a high standard. One of the best in the block! Muizenberg is a very cool area, with great restaurants and bars. So you can enjoy your night after a long day at the surf school.

We have SOLAR - so weather permitting, no load shedding issues affecting this home! Solar-heated pool, three sundecks and a terrace upstairs with lots of sunbeds, lounge furniture and a swing chair. Pedalo and SUP ready to be enjoyed on the marina. Weber gas grill on front patio.
