hello, Benoît and Sandra's apartment is perfect for a long stay. Very accommodating. We didn't miss anything. Thank you very much for your welcome gift. A small message for travelers with animals: to respect the premises, remove the carpets and 3 decorations under the TV. This is what we did as a precaution despite the wisdom of our animals. They may take revenge if you leave them alone. Perfect for 4 people and a baby. The land behind and in front is not fenced, so you can walk your dogs while picking up their waste. Private garage and secure location in front of the house. I highly recommend the Gervaisien apartment. Sandra runs a grocery store in the village and will welcome you with a big smile. Loved the place, large beautiful green outdoor space. It was quiet and spacious space. Outdoor furniture. Secure premises. Philippe and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. The bakery a few doors down beside the meat market is to die for! The train station is a 7 minute walk away. Pleasant walk across the river to old Ambois town centre.

La Quintessence was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Amboise. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need to use. Sophie is a great host, with a long list of great recommendations which made the weekend easy and enjoyable. I would definitely come back!

The place was perfect for what we need and a great base for exploring the Loire Valley. Great views/outlook and place is well secured. Lots of restaurants, within walking distance of the city centre. Parking is a bit tight but worked OK with our SUV.

Our 2 nights in Blois we made extra special with our stay at this AirBnb. Perfect location a block or 2 away from all the restaurants, shopping and chateau’s. Plenty of amenities and everything was exactly as listed. It was lovely to have coffee in the morning on the cute patio while we planned our day. Thanks again Eddy. Note: if you are driving, the parking spot for this AirBnb courtyard is little. Large cars or SUV’s will need to find street parking. That being said our mid-sized rental fit and it was nice to park secure behind a locked gate.

Very good apartment in awesome city! The only thing to complain about was fridge - the ice cream was ruined :) not a dealbreaker in any case though. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you!

It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

Family stay, very friendly, the house is welcoming, warm and very clean. The garden is very pleasant for adults and children. Thanks to Jérôme for his availability and for the gourmet attention :)

The house is very conveniently located for visiting Chambord and Beauval Zoo. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, the house had everything we needed, very spacious and comfortable. Perfect for going with family and friends, the children loved being able to play the games on the terrace and watch the cute little turtle that lives in the house, we shared a good time with friends with a good barbecue. The host was very friendly and responsive to questions.

A very nice way to break up the long journey from Calais

Ideally located accommodation if you want to go to Beauval Zoo or even visit a few castles of the Loire Valley. Ability to park in the private courtyard. Very nice exterior and which can be enjoyed if the weather is nice. Very clean accommodation, good bedding. A little wet in rainy weather but to sleep or eat no worries. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Réda was very welcoming to us as soon as we arrived, a friendly and pleasant host and very responsive when needed! Very quiet, peaceful place, very beautiful estate in nature! Impeccable accommodation as described with all the necessities inside and the little touches that go with it of course!

You can't find a better service that matches the description on the site perfectly. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or suggestion for improvement are very commendable. But as stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already the best. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the overall situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their home.

Very nice welcome and very nice apartment. A gigantic and very pleasant terrace in the afternoon. Everything is very relaxing and reassuring. Another positive point, the accommodation is very close to the train station and shuttles.
