There are 4 bedrooms (upstairs), 3 showers (downstairs), 2 bathrooms (downstairs), and a garden. Close to the vibrant city, on the edge of a nature reserve. By public transportation, downtown Amsterdam is about 15 minutes away. The bus stop is at 50m. A (Uber) taxi to town is barely 15 minutes. This house is not suitable for children between 6 months and 4 years.

Welcome to our "Tiny House" Buitenpost in Abcoude. The cozy cottage is located in a unique Dutch landscape, close to Amsterdam. Nature lovers can enjoy to their heart's content with us. Mondriaan painted a great deal in this area. Our guesthouse for two people is located behind the old Tolhuis on Velterslaantje. It is an independent cottage with simple kitchen, living room and bathroom with rain shower. The cottage has underfloor heating. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping floor.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).
