The Grab location doesn't work well in the listing. The surroundings are so quiet, but except for the lack of amenities, the accommodation itself is satisfactory. It was clean and spacious, so I had a comfortable rest. Thank you.

Thanks to Khoi for hosting my family trip. It was an amazingly comfortable house with a big living room, my little daughter can walk around the house easily. There are two swimming pools inside the area that my kids can enjoy. Khoi always supports me when I contact him, he recommends the local restaurant for dinner that is incredibly good. I will come back next time.

The place has to be so great! ❤️ The room is clean, fully equipped, everything is very tuned. But the most impressive is the host, both kind and enthusiastic! Anytime there is anything you need, from traveling to a place to play, you are willing to support, help, provide dedicated guidance. Even giving us a lift, too thoughtful! Here is the type of not only rent a place, but also feel the hospitality and warmth like home. Beautiful Phan Thiet has been, but the people here are also too cute! 🥰

This house meets my expectations for a vacation spot. Clean, convenient, private, and comfortable. The host is very friendly and enthusiastic. The house is very cute, we had a BBQ in the evening, and we had memorable experiences here. I think I will choose to stay in this house again when I come back

Pretty close to sand dunes. We came a little early so the rooms were not as clean as we wanted. The bathrooms are separate and not in room. Host offer scooter rentals and other options. Overall great value. Good for big parties.

Have an amazing and memorable experience staying in Thuy’s home. Quan’s support in check in, check out and during the stay made the trip perfect for us. You can go straight to the beach to swim whenever you would like to and have seafood barbecue right at the home with all needed kitchen supplies. There are also many famous coffee shops within walking distance. Highly recommend for a big group of friends coming to Phan Thiet.

The place was beautiful and very unique! Everyone loved the beds and felt very comfortable :) We enjoyed staying at Jun and Thiên’s place, and can only recommend it for big groups! We were a friend group of 8 and had lots of fun there! You can enjoy playing cards outside at night without being bothered by mosquitos — which was surprising since we were surrounded by a beautiful garden! It was a nice walk to the beach and we were met with a more private spot, as it was far from the tourist places :D Still if you enjoy going to the beach clubs, it is just 10mins away by car :) Thiên was an awesome host! He replied super fast and we were always met with kindness — he also recommended us local spots and was always ready to help! As for towels, they have it! Just note that the bathroom is separate from the house and some small visitors — aka lizards — were seen upon arrival but were gone quickly so no worries :) Overall if you enjoy a more chill and private surrounding — this is perfect!

I liked the house, it was spacious and the apartment was worth the money. Good Wi-Fi, if that's important to someone. Nice owner of the apartment and his wife. It was nice to talk to them. I'll come back here again.

The host is very dedicated and enthusiastic to support early check in. The rule is 14h to check in but that day I arrived at 6am and was checked in immediately (the house does not have guests renting). Newly built home was extremely clean and well stocked with amenities. She cleans the house very cute, carefully and thoughtfully. When I had an unexpected issue, the host immediately had a solution to help very quickly and efficiently. Cozy and cool comfortable home space. 3 rooms 2 toilets - including 2 large rooms and 1 super large room (toilet available in the room) and 1 toilet outside. Comfortable hours, the neighbors are too cute and enthusiastic. Security is good. Leave a car on the big street comfortably with a camera and a funny leader to look. Reasonable price, right in the center. In general, the family members travel is very satisfied with the homestay, there is nothing to criticize. Well, there is a sincere suggestion to the owner that there is anything else to buy a mirror or a makeup table in the room to miss her son. Great in a nutshell!

Big plus: the host was incredibly easygoing and friendly, super quick to respond and helpful with everything. And the best part? I was allowed to bring along my dogs – such a rare find for a pet-friendly place that’s also this welcoming! The location is near the beach, and the surrounding area is really clean and beautifully maintained — perfect for a relaxing morning or sunset stroll. If I ever come back, I’ll definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a comfy, well-equipped place with that "home away from home" vibe. Highly recommend!
