Very nice house, easy to go everywhere.There are many spa shops nearby.The housekeeper was very responsive and enthusiastic.There are all kinds of daily necessities, and the cleaning lady is very timely.

Bin was brilliant from start to finish allowed us to check in very early due to my dad being 81 years old. So kind polite fantastic English , just true professional and nice guy. Apartment perfect so cosy . Swimming pool and gym great . Lovely coffee shop in lobby , highly recommend

There is an infinity pool and gym on the top floor of the apartment, 711 is opposite, which solves daily needs, it is also convenient to take a taxi from the first floor, you can walk to the ancient city and Chiang Mai Night Market, the landlord Lulu and Brother Rou are very considerate, they are very helpful!Nice stay here!

Noey’s house was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. Probably one of my favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed at. A lot of privacy yet still close to everything. The pool was amazing and she even arranged for us to get a ride back to the airport. Would 10 /10 recommend and stay here again

The location was perfect — tucked away in a quiet alley, yet only a short walk from all the amazing temples, cafes, and night markets. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and little touches like fresh bottled water and local recommendations. Our host was super responsive and friendly, offering great tips for exploring the Old City and arranging airport pickup. Waking up to birdsong and having coffee on the balcony made our mornings feel magical. Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels warm and homely. Fully equipped with amenities. There is a small kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

I stayed in Room 3, a traditional wooden house (the entire building). The two paintings on the walls left a deep impression on me. I’m glad to have spent a wonderful time here.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door does not close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few flaws. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

Very well-organized Airbnb, easy check in, everything perfectly clean and well-maintained. I asked for an air filter and Tatum provided kindly one, plus free water! I like this condo, it's got real character and is in a great location between the modern area and the old center. Highly recommended!

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai.
