My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

We LOVED Lijiao's beautiful, spacious, peaceful holiday home! Couldn't believe what brilliant value it was for the price. Would highly recommend if you want a quiet, peaceful break away in a lovely little Greek village. Lijiao was an excellent host - very friendly and helpful and the communication was brilliant. The apartment was just like the photos. Very beautiful and it felt like home. Aggeliki helped this, of course, who was always willing to respond and help with everything we needed. The apartment was super clean and provided all the services listed. Close to many beaches either on foot or by car, shops , restaurants , supermarkets , bakeries . We'll go with it again!

Villa Althea in Porto Heli

Milva’s place is a stylish little oasis of calm. We stayed with our 7 year old and 17 month old and it was perfect for us. Milva’s attention to detail is obvious from the thoughtful welcome basket to the beautifully designed space. The outdoor area is a dreamy, peaceful place to spend time with a glass of wine - watching the glorious view and listening to the sounds. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool is lovely. The house is spotlessly clean, kept wonderfully by the two lovely cleaners who visit every couple of days. The house is just far enough from town to feel like a real escape but within 10 minutes, you can be eating at a Taverna in Porto Heli. Check in was perfect with Milva’s Dad George who was so welcoming and kind. Milva’s house is our favourite Air Bn’B to date and we will certainly be back. Thanks Milva and George!

Vaggelis' place was amazing and it included everything that a visitor might need during the stay. Vaggelis himself is a great host, he made sure that the check-in/check-out went smoothly and he gave me all the necessary help to find the house, spend a quality time there and feel like at home. He is very discreet and very pleasant as a person. The location is perfect, a few meters only away from the sea and with a great view from the balcony, also very close to the city of Porto Heli, where you can find restaurants/bars/shops. The place is super clean, both inside the house and outside in the pool/garden area. There is plenty of space for the visitors, with 3 double bedrooms and a lot of common space. A big thanks to Vaggelis that made our stay very pleasant and unique. We will definitely come back.

I had an amazing stay at Giota’s place! From start to finish, everything was perfect.

A stone terrace features a hanging chair and two lounge chairs, shaded by a wooden overhang. A rustic table is set nearby. Windows flank the entrance, allowing natural light to enter the cottage, while vibrant greenery surrounds the outdoor space.

Wonderful cottage next to the beach

It is a very nice little independent house, quiet and close to the sea: just get out of the property and cross the road to be on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The owners' house is on the same estate, but that doesn't bother the tranquility of the place.
