Villa Sunshine

Eine Villa am Indischen Ozean, auf der Rückseite ein wunderschöner Golfplatz. Dort kann man nicht nur die Springböcke beobachten, sondern auch jede Menge Vögel hören, Schildkröten sehen. Von jedem Zimmer im Haus hat man Meerblick und mit etwas Glück sieht man die Wale vorbeiziehen, Delphine springen. Oder einfach nur das Meeresrauschen genießen. Strandspaziergänge am Sandstrand oder ein Bad im eigenen Pool, tragen zur besten Erholung bei. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.

Magnificent views are what makes our Beach House exclusive. Completely private. A place for solitude. Spacious, comfortable open living. Large decks enable one to have meals outside and undercover. There are no immediate neighbours and access to the pristine beach is via a bush path (5 minutes walk). River/surf fishing, swimming, surfing, kite surfing, sandboarding, and canoeing are popular activities. Inclement weather?... close the surrounding glass doors and you still have the views.

Large, open plan family home, 3 decks, amazing views, 60km of pristine, deserted beach, secure gated area, warm water and beautiful river for fishing, boating and watersports. Our house is 20m from the beach down a private path, and is the ultimate relaxed, private oasis.
