New beds, mattresses, windows, floor,1st floor apartment, renovated in 2024, on the most privileged spot of Batsi town, in Andros. Fully equipped, plus solar water heating! It can accommodate up to 6 people in a very comfortable and stylish environment. Can be rent with adjacent apt. (seen on my profile) for big companies for up to 10people! The large balcony provides an area to relax and enjoy the view to the Aegean Sea and picturesque Batsi, which is in 5 min. walking , along with Kolona beach

Newly converted stone wall farmhouse apartment situated in the quiet, green village of Vourkoti, 20 minutes drive from the town of Chora and beaches. The shared patio opposite the apartment overlooks the well-known beach of Achla while nearby footpaths lead to Andros routes trails to neighbouring villages and a beautiful waterfall. Nearby there is a river with shady trees, a stone bridge, springwater and traditional farmhouses with carefully tended fruit and vegetable gardens, trees and flowers.

Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. this is a charming ground floor flat in the historic part of Hora. The kitchen entrance opens to a large patio with benches and tables, a private enclosed yard where you can sit and have your meals. Ideal also for young children as a play area. The house is large, 90sq m and airy with one large living space with 1 bed and two sofas suitable for children, a separate bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with showers, the one en suite with the bedroom.
