Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mparmpati

From before we arrived Alexandros was communicative and helpful. The house is fantastic. To arrive & have food and drink in the fridge, and other treats, felt very special. They really have thought of everything and more. I can’t get over the view. Absolutely stunning. And to hear the sea lapping up on the shore. The walk to the almost deserted beach isn’t easy but well worth it. You definitely deserve a cold drink on return! (Sturdy trainers recommended). Clearest water I’ve seen for a long while. And you have to build at least one flat pebble tower. It’s quite addictive… Star watching (& bat watching). The cats are wonderful and we grew very attached to them. Alessandros’s parents are always on hand and have lots of useful info on where to eat, and places to visit. And they are very lovely too. We only had a short 5 day break, but feel refreshed & rested (& quite toned from that hill!). Would highly recommend without any doubts. If only everywhere one booked was as good as this.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Villa Kortilles und haben ein Haus angetroffen, das in Sichtweite zum Meer im ansteigenden Bergland liegt. Die Lage in Olivengärten vermittelt komfortable ländliche Idylle in völliger Ruhe. Alle Technik funktioniert zuverlässig und die Einrichtung vermittelt einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Beeindruckend ist auch die Architektur mit vielen Balkonen, und je nach Bedarf kann zwischen Sonnen-und Schattenseite gewechselt werden. Stamatis ist ein liebenswürdiger Gastgeber. Er bietet seine Hilfe permanent an und vermittelt eine private Einbindung. Erfreulich waren die Start-Befüllung des Kühlschranks und zwischen Gewürzen, Kaffeepulver, Teesorten, Dusch-und Pflegmitteln und Sonnenschirm ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und empfehlen Herr und Haus.

The place exceeded our expectations, it’s even better than the photos. Very clean, just a 10minute walk to the old town, and you can literally dive into the sea right across the street. There are also plenty of parking spots, as well as food and coffee nearby, which was super convenient.

A charming cottage in a beautiful setting. Victoria and Tim were attentive hosts, ensuring that we had everything we required. It is truly a special place. The fragrance of jasmine in the air made relaxing on the terrace particularly memorable as you watch ships sail by.

Danae is a wonderful host. The property is clean, as described, responses are all timely and she takes time to make some great local recommendations too!

Exceptionel house and location; inside very cosy ( for colder evenings) and outside beautiful pool, terrace and garden. Everything you need in the kitchen, really a family home. Loutsia is amazing in assisting and easy reachable. We certainly want to come back!

This property is a GEM. 40 mins from the airport. We were blown away with this property. Very high spec throughout, super clean, fabulous crisp linen and towels and all the white goods you could ask for!!! This property is not overlooked. Fully functioning air conditioning. Both rooms have fab modern facilties, very clean shower rooms with some personal touches. The pool area has ample sunbeds, 2 large umbrellas, remote awning for outside table area. There is a barbeque on the property. The property has a view to die for which you can never tire of. The pool is just the best, very clean and lit up at night. There was no real need to go any where else to be truthful!! The host Nataliya was a SUPER host. Answered all our questions super fast and nothing was too much bother. Thank you so much. There was a good number of very good restaurants within walking distance of the villa. All in all this villa was such a find and we were so please we chose it.

Es war ein atemberaubender Aufenthalt die Freundin hat es genossen und ich auch es hat sich für beide wie ein Zuhause angefühlt. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Würde aufjedenfall gerne wiederkommen.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless and located in a great area, right near the bus stop, making it easy to get around. Spiridon’s wife was incredibly lovely and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony with an amazing view. I would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

l'appartement est magnifique, superbe vue, mer à quelques mètres, endroit très calme, parfait pour rayonner autour de l'île Sophia nous a fourni des renseignements utiles sur les restaurants et lieux à visiter, pour l'arrivée son fils nous a parfaitement accueilli nous reviendrons sur cette île merveilleuse

Het is een heel ruim en modern ingericht appartement Op een rustige locatie maar alles is toch dichtbij We waren er slechts 3 nachten maar het kan zonder problemen 14nachten zijn

We had the best time at Nikolas’ apartment! As a family of 4, we had plenty of space in the flat and the kids loved playing outside in the beautiful courtyard! Full of bright flowers, lemons and olive trees. The place itself is just off the main road, but still quiet as it’s set back from the entrance. There is a bakery just outside and plenty of restaurants nearby. Barbati beach is beautiful and walking distance (about 5-10 minutes). There is parking space for customers which is definitely a plus! We already want to go back!

A wonderful host with a kind heart, idyllic home and excellent recommendations!! This stay is perfect for exploring the entire island because of its central location and its close proximity to the airport. The house itself is really clean and is well stocked with everything you could need. Finally the jasmine and the olives and the artwork on the bedside tables really make this stay feel special.

We stayed for two nights and everything was perfect, the location is perfect because it’s quiet and private but in 2-3 minutes walk you will be in the central road with a lot of restaurants and bars. The private pool was such an amazing experience. Everything waw perfect.

We had a lovely stay here and would thoroughly recommend. The location right on the beach was delightful. Ionass was very helpful with recommendations and was super helpful when our flight was delayed. Would happily go back. Thank you for a much needed break

5 stars are not enough for Elpida! She was by far the kindest, most accommodating host I’ve ever had: friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout my stay. Her apartment is truly straight out of a design magazine. While it’s tucked right in the heart of Corfu’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, full of charm and history, the space itself is modern, thoughtfully furnished, and full of “good vibes.” Every corner is cozy, stylish, and sparkling clean. The view from the window of the iconic bell tower was breathtaking, and everything I needed: restaurants, shops, history, the sea, was just steps away. Airport is 30 mins walk! This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at, and I’m already planning to come back. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Elpida!

A lovely apartment, we loved the private balcony. As other reviews state, you have to wash up in the bathroom sink. But this is a minor inconvenience to stay in such a beautiful place. Anastasia and Alan made us feel very welcome and were always available if we needed anything. Elia restaurant is 2 minutes walk away and we had great food there.

Just as describedThe apartment was the perfect place for a few days in Corfu. Just a few steps from all the restaurants in Old Town, yet still quiet in the evening away from the loud bars. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The beds were good and AC worked perfectly. The terrace is an added bonus to wind down at the end of the evening.

We had an excellent 3 week stay at Unique. The location was unbeatable with an easy walk to Corfu Town and a wonderful restaurant, Fishalida Garden, where we ate fabulous grilled fresh fish on 4 occasions. Unique is a great apartment for 2 people max. The terrace is enormous with a million dollar view of the bay and the Old Fortress. We cannot say enough about our host, Marina, who went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She provided 3 good bottles of wine, a goodie basket as well as a souvenir gift and plenty of liters of water as Corfu has NO potable water. When one of us fell ill, she arranged for an immediate appointment with a local physician and even provided a driver to take us there. One suggestion we have for Americans renting Unique is to get detailed instructions on how to run the washer, dryer and stove as they were difficult and frustrating for us. They were very different than American appliances and written instructions were in Greek.

What a place !!! The apartment is as good as the photos , it is in a peaceful area but right on the edge of all the hustle and bustle . So you have the best of both worlds ! The views of Garitsa bay are amazing , I can’t imagine that there is anywhere in the area that has better views of the bay , especially from the roof top of the apartment building. Getting up early and having your breakfast there whilst the sun rises is something not to be missed . You are completely transported to a different world and it’s a great way to start the day ! Last but not least Xanthi the host is a lovely woman who is always on hand if you needed anything and was very accommodating with check out as we had a late flight . Her attention to detail around the apartment really helped to make our final 8 days in Corfu exactly what we needed !

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Fijn huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Mia was een perfecte host. We werden verrast met allerlei artikelen die we mochten gebruiken. Grote en dikke handdoeken, ook voor het strand. Alles was volop aanwezig. Luiken voor de ramen maakten het ‘s nachts goed donker. Een heel fijne locatie om te verblijven.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und der Ausblick ist phantastisch. Wir dachten zuerst, man würde die Küstenstraße hören, aber sie liegt hinter dem Haus und damit kam kein Straßenlärm auf die Terrasse oder das Schlafzimmer. Es war alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Das Bad ist sehr klein, uns hat’s nicht gestört, aber sollte man wissen. Es gab eine Zwischenregierung, was wir nicht erwartet hatten, wurde aber von Chris angekündigt. Chris ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er gab Tips und bei Fragen hat er auch immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Der CheckIn war problemlos. Zum Ort sollte man wissen: hier passt alles 😊. Schöne Tavernen, kleine Supermärkte und 200 Meter zum Strand

Très bel appartement, très propre, avec tout ce qu’il faut. La Clim dans toute les pièces et facilement accessible à pied et en bus. Proche du Lidl donc pratique pour manger. Si je reviens sur Corfu je pense sérieusement à reprendre cet appartement sans aucune hésitation! :)
