Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

Gite for up to 8 people, at the foot of the Clergeon, ideally located 30 minutes from the lakes of Annecy and Aix-les-bains, 45 minutes from Geneva and the first ski resorts. Great base to visit our area with family(s) and/or friends. By reservation (rates on site), we offer dinners from Sold to Sun with Karine (on duty) and Stéphane (in the kitchen). The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Quiet and peaceful place ideal for relaxing.We are at the foot of the great Colombier which is now known thanks to the Tour de France. For our cycling friends we provide a closed bike room. We have 2 cats , they may visit you, but they are good pasta

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
