Gite for up to 8 people, at the foot of the Clergeon, ideally located 30 minutes from the lakes of Annecy and Aix-les-bains, 45 minutes from Geneva and the first ski resorts. Great base to visit our area with family(s) and/or friends. By reservation (rates on site), we offer dinners from Sold to Sun with Karine (on duty) and Stéphane (in the kitchen). Maiween (early childhood pro) offers babysitting (available on weekends and evenings). Enjoy your stay as you see fit.

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Access to the "Acacias" for people with disabilities is provided, please contact us.

We welcome you to this 18 m2 independent guest room located in the historic center of Rumilly, a small town between lakes and mountains. Halfway (20 minutes by car) between Annecy and Aix les Bains, you can discover the entire Savoie and Haute-Savoie region with an extraordinary playground in both summer and winter, the historical heritage, the thermal baths of Aix les Bains... and enjoy all the activities in the middle of nature and the nearby ski resorts in winter.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Nice quiet and comfortable apartment on the first floor of my house in the heart of the countryside, it is conveniently located near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, between lakes and mountains. 30 min drive to the "Revard" and "Semnoz" resorts, two small ski resorts for family skiing. Come and discover our region of Bugey, with its many walks, lakes, marshes of Lavours... located in the countryside in the center of the village near small shops ( grocery / bakery). Quiet and peaceful place ideal for relaxing.We are at the foot of the great Colombier which is now known thanks to the Tour de France. For our cycling friends we provide a closed bike room. We have 2 cats , they may visit you, but they are good pasta

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
