The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect 8 minutes from Châtillon beach by car… quiet… very nice sheltered terrace with a large awning… perfect amenities… kitchen and bathroom.

We stayed at Charlotte's place for a week, the accommodation is very good whether in terms of decoration or convenience. Charlotte is a host who listens to you and is available anytime. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to go back to Charlotte's place

For a week of rest with my 2 children it was perfect. 10 minutes from my son's school, sonia was able to do everything necessary to make us feel at home, the children were delighted to see that a few toys were available, that mom stared at the cococter of delicious meals like at home and especially to find a rhythm similar to what we had a few months in the back, not to mention the comfort and cleanliness as well as the few welcome touches and kindness during exchanges with sonia. Thank you again sonia, it was a pleasure, see you soon
