A terrace with an awning, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, and a shed with a toilet and shower. A garden with a swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to the end of September), swing, ping-pong table and boules court.

The accommodation is located 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from the Puy du Fou, near the vineyards Mareuillais and at the door of the marshes poitevins. The shops are about 4 km. The start of a small hike of 3km is located next to the studio and will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature.

On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, lime exterior coating, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
