There is a garage that can be accessed from inside the house. Washer and dryer, furnished kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room. No pets. Recreation in the area includes: Hiking or floating the Bruneau Canyon, climbing the Bruneau Sand Dunes, fishing the Bruneau River and of course there is CJ Strike Reservoir.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to 2 of the 3 large parks, downtown, food and the freeway. This beautiful house went through major renovations and is just about entirely new throughout. Designed to be comfortable and cozy yet modern and enjoyable. Cook some great meals or kick back and relax. Go visit the local sites or head to boise 35 minutes away. This house has a ton to offer!

The Jefferson Street Cottage is the sister property to 26th Street Studio. This 1940’s cottage is situated down tree lined streets a mile from the Boise Capital building. Enjoy peace and quiet in this two bed, one bath historic home. The master bedroom contains a comfortable king bed while the second room has a full. The full sized kitchen allows you to stay in and cook if you desire or take a short walk to many local restaurants.

It's close to downtown Mountain Home and less than an hour from excellent hunting and fishing. If you're planning your next outdoor adventure, purchasing a home locally, or here visiting family this house has everything you need!

Cozy Cottage 2BR -Fenced Yard - centrally located

Keep it simple at this peaceful and well-located 2 bedroom home. The neighborhood feels rural and quiet, yet you are a 5 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown! The yards in both the front and back are available for you. Sometimes I will be on the property for lawn maintenance or gardening in the yards. My house is pet friendly and a $20 per pet pet fee does apply.
