I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

Wonderful basement apartment with private entrance. A full 1700 square feet to enjoy relaxing after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder mountain, and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski resort. 10 miles to Pineview reservoir. Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room.
