The family's connection to the Northwest art movement of Fishtown and Skagit valley artist can be observed on the walls of the home. Enjoy the views and serenity or take the short stroll to downtown. Father and son team have taken great care to update the home with all modern amenities.

The fully equipped house includes a chef’s kitchen, high-end finishes, local art, and a blend of modern/vintage charm, making for a truly memorable stay.

Green Gables Lakehouse

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.
