Cabin vacation rentals in Mount Vernon

We were here for my partners birthday and we had a cozy night watching movies and hanging out in the hot tub. Neighbors are near but the tall fences help you feel like you're more isolated than you are. The actual house was very well stocked with anything you can need for cooking or eating "at home." Thank you!

David and Christina were wonderful hosts! For one they invited us to check in early or check out late because they didn’t have rentals before or after our stay, so we checked out late and it was so nice to have that extra little bit of time. Plus they got right back to us anytime we messaged them. They were wonderful to us! Now for the house…we absolutely loved it! It was adorable, had all the amenities, and was sparkly clean. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked (spices, coffee etc). The bed was so incredibly soft and comfortable! The air conditioning in the bedroom was perfect. The 2 headed shower with the rain shower head- we loved so much. And of course the hot tub worked perfectly. The fire pit, porch swing, and beautiful surroundings. It was so peaceful and so perfect. We are already planning our next trip! Thank you David and Christina for sharing your amazing house with us!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Mish’s cabin! The cabin was beautiful, exactly as described. It was extremely clean with a very cozy feel. The hot tub was a nice addition and well kept. There was everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay including extras like bathroom amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. The gas fireplace kept us warm and toasty. The area was wonderful with access to local hiking and Mt Baker. Mish was a wonderful host and kept great communication with us. Overall, our stay at this cabin was amazing! We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a place to stay in the area.

The overall feel of the cabin was great from the minute we got there to the day we left the walking trail just over the bridge has a waterfall just down the road a ways but was also a good walk in general the two hiking trails right down the road from the stay have amazing views the bath rooms were kinda small but that’s expected the living room was very nice and nice the bedrooms they included dog treats and bowls firewood for the fire propane and everything to have a great time and great memories from the second you arrive to the time you leave.

I tend to judge places I stay by 2 major factors, how well I sleep and how great the shower is. I can say without a shadow of doubt that I slept like a baby the entire stay and the shower had such great water pressure. It was very relaxing environment after a long day of exploring and hiking. Olivia & Josh were very helpful with information and recomendations about the area.

Our stay at the cabin in Concrete, Washington was exactly what we needed—peaceful, quiet, and incredibly grounding. Tucked away in the most beautiful setting, it honestly looked like the backdrop of a painting. It gave us the perfect space to slow down and reconnect with ourselves, surrounded by nature and calm. Everything about the stay was seamless. The cabin was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the entire experience felt easy and welcoming. The only small note is that the upstairs loft is a bit noisy when moving around, but it didn’t take away from how special and relaxing the entire place was. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unplug and recharge.

This little dreamy cabin by the river was literally everything we had hoped for and more!! The location was perfect! We didn’t have to battle traffic getting to or from! Loved getting to hear the river as we enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub! The best part was watching an eagle fly by as we enjoyed the idealistic view! Will definitely stay here again!!!!

Beautiful home tucked in on the banks of the Skagit River, with gorgeous views of Mt Baker. Highly recommend this place if you are wanting a comfortable home just outside of North Cascades.

Lisa’s cabin was so so so wonderful! It was very cozy and quiet. We loved everything about it. I can’t recommend this place enough, so lovely :)

This place was great for our group of friends and 2 kids. It’s a cozy cabin on a secluded street with amazing views! There were so many thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. We would stay here again and 100% to others looking for a place to stay in Oak Harbor!

Great spot by the river! Lot's of hikes nearby and plenty of entertainment between the cabin/game room. Dogs had a great time playing in the river. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was nice and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The host was very responsive and cattentive to our needs, making the experience even better. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a pleasant getaway!

From the moment we arrived, the place felt like home. It had everything we could possibly need—plenty of hooks and mirrors, cozy throws, a Wii, board games, and a well-stocked coffee station, which was a great touch. The outdoor space was equally lovely—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. It truly made us wish we could stay longer. Salena and Nick were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We had such a great time staying here! It was so unique and genuinely a breath of fresh air. While we explored some of the grounds we saw all sorts of cute animals like bunnies and geese! It felt like we stayed in a fairytale cottage! The bathroom was so lovely and toasty. We loved everything! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a lovely weekend at the cabin! We arrived and immediately could breathe - the peaceful feeling of privacy, the numerous forest animals and birds greeted us with their songs and cuteness, and the cabin encouraged simplicity and quality time. It honestly made us think about quality of life and what’s important - thank you for sharing this interesting, unique and special place with us / everyone! 🌞

Spent 10 nights as a solo writing retreat (with my wife joining me on the weekend). Perfect for this even in mid-November. Super livable small home, south-facing right on the lake, two lakeside wall almost all windows, so daylight was beautiful. Thought it might be cold inside in November but the house is snug; heats up nicely and there are no drafts. Brad and Lisa are excellent hosts: quick to respond, helpful and friendly. It’s abundantly clear how much they love the place. Lots of small but nice touches. And then there’s the lake. We stayed here in warm weather before and enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding and rowing. But even in cold weather the lake is a treat. Ducks, loons, sunrise sparkles, evening sunsets. I have only good things to say.

We stayed here for five nights for my boyfriend’s birthday. Such a beautiful area with fun things to do nearby. I would love to come back one day and enjoy some more campfires on the beach

What a beautiful place...and location! Our little group of mom's had such a peaceful weekend together enjoying the beauty of the surrounding forest and water views from every south facing window. The fireplace made it extra cozy after such a freezing stretch of weather. If you need a completely dark room to sleep in, be sure to use the bedroom with curtains...otherwise enjoy waking up to the beautiful forest scenery and water right from your bed up in the loft. The beds were extra comfy and there was plenty of bedding and towels. Matt was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Tip: Don't rely on Google maps to get you there...be sure to follow Matt's clear directions to the gate/cabin.

Peaceful Pines is one of the best places that our family of 4 has stayed during our various travels. The cabin is tucked away at the end of a quiet lane but still close to stores and restaurants and hiking trails. It had everything we needed for an easy and relaxing stay-- basics in the kitchen, great cookware, necessities in the bathroom and thoughtful extras from the hosts. It was so clean and well-taken care of that it felt like we were the first people to stay there. Our only regret upon leaving was that we were so busy at a sports tournament that we didn't have time to try out all of the fun things to do at the cabin like the fire pit, the sauna and making s'mores. We will just have to go back!

Such a beautiful and comfortable place! The space is clean spacious and really comfortable. We had everything we needed. The view off the deck over the trees to the water is really nice. N. Bluff Rd. has very low traffic, so there’s almost no noise pollution at the house. I slept with the window open and it was and it was totally quiet. We definitely recommend checking out Greenbank Farms, which is right down the road. The walk through the field and forest are nice and the pies outstanding! This is my first time spending time on Whitby Island. I was really surprised by the beauty. This home is a great place to base out of for exploring the island. We would definitely come back!

Perfect cabin for our weekend getaway. Myself and two good friends took full advantage of this Airbnb. We hiked Oyster Dome on our way from Seattle, enjoyed a great dinner at The Old Edison and all slept comfortably. Weather was a bit crummy on Saturday but the view from the covered deck was still fantastic. When the rain broke we went for a paddle in the provided canoe and kayak. Pizza and chicken wings from nearby Tino's were excellent and we popped into the Alger Bar and Grille for some billiards. Fish were jumping all weekend, wish I had brought a pole. Kitchen has everything you need, towels and linens are fresh and clean. Jackie is a professional host - extremely responsive and helpful. Already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay at the cabin and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape at Mount Baker! The only minor issue we had was not getting a response about whether or not there was charcoal available for the grill, and there’s also a lack of storage—there isn’t a closet available, so just be mindful when you’re packing! Neither were detrimental to us but thought worth mentioning. The space was clean and tastefully decorated, the instructions for the hot tub were very clear, the WiFi worked well. No complaints!

We loved it! The place is beautiful, well laid out, modern, has what you need for your stay.
