Just stayed this weekend!! it was 4 of us staying and spacious and accommodating for all of us!! 100% recommend, hosts were absolutely amazing!! Beautiful space and great if you have a pet!! We definitely want to stay here again!

Really enjoyable and well-priced stay in DC, in easy reach by car, tram or metro to the centre and all the major sights. Everything we needed was provided and the place was clean and comfortable.

The location was ideal for my daughter’s wedding which was held across the street at Capitol Hill Baptist Church. The location was walkable to many restaurants, sightseeing spots and experiencing all of living on The Hill. The host was very responsive when I had an issue getting in the first time. If you what to stay close to all Hill events and enjoy the local area, stay here.

One of the coolest Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Loved the vibe, the wall of windows looking at the trees, and super comfy beds. Would defiantly stay here again.

Candice was very welcoming and responsive. She made sure we had what we needed. Cute, clean space with an amazing shower. The location is great. 0.3 miles from the nearest metro. Parks and dog parks around the neighborhood. She gave us our space to come and go freely! She has two dogs upstairs that sometimes bark, but we are dog people (and have a barky one ourselves) so it wasn’t an issue for us. She quickly tries to quiet them down, and she’s understanding if your pet barks too. Good place for dog owners!

Great stay. The home itself was big enough for 6 adults to stay there comfortably, and the rooftop balcony was perfect every morning and evening. Close to major DC attractions. Michael was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed him as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stay in the DC area.

Excellent first Airbnb experience! Space was exactly as described and impeccably clean. Located in a beautiful, secure, quiet neighborhood directly across from a park... so pleasant hearing kids playing while heading out to our car instead of typical hotel noise. Daisy and Steven were fantastic hosts, responsive, friendly, and thoughtfully checked on our comfort without being intrusive. Great amenities including off-street parking, EV charger, coffee bar, snacks, and welcome wine. Clear instructions made everything seamless. Would definitely book again - highly recommend!

Jennifer’s Airbnb was great, very clean, quiet, private, and convenient to transit. The parking spot was a huge convenience. Jennifer was easy to communicate with when questions arose. All around good experience. :)

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

This space was perfect for our needs! The secure building gave us peace of mind, and the location was ideal—easily walkable to our business meetings. The 2 bed/2 bath layout was especially appreciated, allowing for a work companion while still maintaining privacy and personal space. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus for a longer stay. Clean, comfortable, and convenient—would absolutely stay again!

We had a great time in DC and the lodging was exactly what we were looking for. We took advantage of free on street parking right by the front door. We took the metro various places which has a stop about 5 minutes away. There aren’t a ton of food places right around but we just made sure we ate while we were out. Will was quick to answer questions and help us with any needs. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed a comfortable 7 night stay with our daughter, son-in law and 2 years old granddaughter who traveled from Oslo, Norway. Oleg is very kind and responsive, the best host we have ever encountered. After we requested some bedding for crib, he ordered them right away and sent us a nice little blanket and a small pillow for our granddaughter in the next morning! He even let us to keep the bedding! The apartment is clean and neat and has all the conveniences needed. It is in a great location, convenient walk to metro, above WholeFoods and other nice restaurants/Starbucks and CVS. We highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.

Wonderful! Communication was very responsive and helpful. The apt fit our needs perfectly. The parking , fitness trails, high ceilings, washer/dryer, quiet space and amenities are specific things that will bring us back to book again.

This place was safe, very clean, and comfortable. It’s walking distance to places to eat. Our host was friendly and responsive. Would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Milian’s place. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Milian was also very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. The location is excellent: a walkable neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. David's place was great for a night in town on business when hotels were booked and rates were high during a busy time in DC. Reasonable rate and a spacious, well-equipped place between the Dupont Circle and U Street corridor neighborhoods. Very safe area with lots of restaurants and bars neaby. Would book again.

This Air B&B is by far the best we have ever stayed in!! The location is FANTASTIC with some of the best restaurants I've ever been to within walking distance. The location is just a block off the busy 14th Street downtown area and also a 20 minute walk (or quick scooter ride) to the National Mall and all of it's amentities!! This Air B&B is beautifully decorated and also has a private patio to enjoy the fire and drinks. The kitchen is stocked with any appliance you need and grocery stores are within 5 mintue walks!! Hudson is a great host who aims to please, he has thought of all of the details anyone staying may need. From umbrellas on rainy days, interesting DC coffee table reads, coffee and plenty of towels for a large family! We are repeat customers and will always stay here on our DC visits!!

We had a great time in Washington also thanks to Yared’s place! Location is great, close to subway, local stores, parks and restaurants. Apartment is brand new and equipped with everything you may need. Street is noisy but kind of expected if you stay in the city. Be careful when parking to avoid getting tickets, rules are highly enforced.

Great location especially if you don't have a car. Very walkable; close to the metro as well as groceries, shopping, food and farmers markets. Cari was great, very responsive and helpful when I needed something. I would definitely book here again.
