Very comfortable cabin, walking distance to shops, restaurants,convenience store. Nice view's with a great patio for people watching. The master bedroom was a good size with a very soft bed. Easy walk to the pool and beach.

SPECTACULAR STAY! I wish there was something more profound to say. This was one of the best stays I've experienced. The views at the condo were breathtaking. The condo was perfect for my husband and I, very peaceful. The condo was beautifully equipped with everything you could need. The beach area was super clean. The resort was well maintained. Easy check in and check out. Margaret was a top notch host. I miss the IOP already!

Alin was a great host!! He went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Two words: absolutely wonderful! Felt right at home the moment we walked in. It was exactly as pictured and described. Close to everything. 20 minutes from Charleston and 5 min drive to ocean. Beautiful water views from porch. Also enjoyed time at the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. We will be returning again.

We loved our time here! The condo was perfect for our family and we had a lovely time walking to the beach each morning and evening and relaxing at the pool through the days. We could not have been more pleased. The condo had everything and more to make us feel right at home.

A beautiful condo! The neighborhood was extremely quiet, family friendly and the perfect weekend get away! The river front view was spectacular, we even saw dolphins from the balcony. Close to downtown Folly, short drive to James island and perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of Charleston, but close enough to enjoy for a day! The pool was so close to this unit. Beds were comfy. Everything was so clean. The best rental company went above and beyond with communication and making sure renting this unit was a breeze.

Highly recommend this spot for a couples/ girls weekend beach getaway. We had the studio and it was perfect for a quick beach trip. Two blocks from the beach, walkable to bars/restaurants, parking!! This spot combines what you like in a hotel stay with the comfort of an airbnb. Downside: walls are a little thin, but the owners supply a sound machine which helps with neighbor noise.

We enjoyed our stay at this location for our girls’ trip. The condo is ocean front as listed and the view was amazing. We watched dolphins from the balcony several mornings of our stay. The beach was amazing and there were beautiful, safe neighborhoods to walk nearby. I will say we kindly asked if early check in was an option and were told that they don’t offer early check in despite the possibility mentioned in the listing. We understood and made accommodations for luggage storage and came up with a backup plan for our first day. We were notified that our condo was ready essentially as our flights landed (several hours in advance of check in). We could have saved money trying to find accommodations for our luggage and enjoyed the beach an extra day if they had been more upfront. I also recommend reserving ride shares well in advance if you don’t plan on renting a car as Ubers/ Lyfts are sparse in this area.

Great location, easily walk out the back door to the beach and pool. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked.

My husband, kids and I loved it here. The location is right on the beach and next to the pool. There is a view of the ocean and a clear path to the beach. This community is so nice, this was our second year here.

Robert was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The location was absolutely perfect!
