Located at the foot of Lycabetus hill in a quiet street of the most elegant and old Athens center neighbourhood-Kolonaki. Walking distance to 2 metro stations, major Athens attractions, Syntagma square, museums, the law school of UoA. An area full of shops, cafes, distinguished bars, chic restaurants and right balance night life. There are also SMs, pharmacies etc.

Stylish and cosy apartment sitting on the foothills of Lycabettus. Explore here the edgy area of Exarchia in a genuine local vibe with unique bars & restaurants, or move upscale to prestigious Kolonaki where the Athenian ‘elite’ comes together. Fully renovated, while maintaining its 70s character. Fully equipped. Hosts 2-4 guests (1 King Bed+ 2 Sofas). My own experience of constant moving while desiring a ‘home’ at each destination, inspired me to create this space. Hope you enjoy it :)

Beautiful condo with unique interior. Novi was great and easy to communicate with. Great location if you want easy access to lycabettus hill.

Great place in the heart of Kolonaki. Walkable area with a lot of things to do. The host is super and always available whenever needed. The check-in check-out process was very smooth and instructions and descriptions were very clear. The apartment is spotless and felt very cozy and homy. Attention to details were also paid by the host and we were generously accommodated. Would definitely stay here again

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

For those who love being in the centre of Athens, walking around and see all main attractions on foot, this is the place to be! A wonderfully decorated and very confortable (fully equiped) flat in Kolonaki with 2 bathrooms, next to all trendy restaurants and shops is waiting for new guests! I also loved Eleni's responsiveness, politeness and assistance which made my stay and my day. I would love returning back to this hospitable flat which feels home. The flat has also a working space for people who are on business trip!
