Edward was the best host I have ever had! He was so accommodating and very responsive! I rent a lot with Airbnb and he is top notch!

We had the best time! Amazing house and host. The heated pool and fenced in backyard were perfect for enjoying family time. The entire house was very clean and organized with everything we needed. The host was extremely proactive with communications and responsive for the few things we needed. Highly recommended!

Great host easy to communicate and the place was as described and pictured. Overall experience was excellent.

Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

Pool was a hit with the boys we had staying. In town for a race at Trackhouse so location was great. Tracy was very accommodating allowing an early check in to drop groceries as the house was already clean. Comfortable beds. Would stay again for sure.

Stayed at Danilo’s place 3 nights. Everything was as described. Im not familiar enough with Gastonia to make comments about the location but the neighborhood was very quiet during our stayed, even though the next door houses had dogs, we didnt really noticed while in the house or during sleep. One issue arise, but got response immediately and taken care of the same day. I liked the desk space allowing WFH. We didnt spend anytime on the yard, I cant speak on that. Overall was good, thank you!

Great place. In the center of most things. Everything we wanted to do was under 30 minutes away. House was great and in a quiet neighborhood. Littles friendly. Our 2 year old loved it and so did we.

Loved the house and the decor was amazing!! Everything was as stated. Only complaint would be the lawn maintenance wasn’t done. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

The Chronicle Mill Cottage is the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in! It was immaculately clean and so cute! We have already talked about our return! The host has truly thought of everything you could ever need from an emergency kit, picnic/outdoor supplies, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and a quick drive into Charolette. I can not recommend this cottage enough- you will not be disappointed! The history of the house is also neat to read about! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We relocated to the US and needed a quiet and safe place to stay - with some outdoor area for our dog. Tyler's place was a perfect choice addressing all our needs and its quiet, peaceful, safe and 10 mins driving from lots of restaurants, breweries etc... We spent 4 weeks there until we found a permanent place. Thanks, Tyler, for the hospitality and support! We had a nice time staying at your place.

Felt right at home at Tora & Gerald’s place. By far our favorite stay. The house wasn’t too small or too big it was just perfect for us 3. Didn’t have to wait long for a response. They made us feel very comfortable. We loved it. Will definitely book again.

My extended family came into Charlotte for a wedding at Camelot Meadows, which is about a 10 minute drive away. This beautiful home was exactly what we needed; space, tranquility, beauty, peacefulness, plenty of room, and comfort! It was a total of seven of us, and we each had plenty of room, comfortable beds and large spacious bathrooms to share. The house is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need while away from home. The view of the lake and the backyard area is incredible. We plan to come back to NC and stay at this home. The owners were wonderful at communicating everything we needed to have a nice stay. Thank you

My family and I loved the house. Great location. Literally ten minutes from the airport in a nice quiet neighborhood. The screened in porch was the hang out for us. The couches out there can use some TLC but they were still comfortable and plush. The play area is dated but my son still enjoyed it. I think some of the older play stuff should be removed from the yard since it kind of an eyesore and unsafe. But overall this house was really nice, so clean, so well kept. It had everything you needed. Extra blankets, linen , towels. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen has everything and the whole setup of the house is super cute. I would definitely stay here again. Love love this house!!!

This house and property were gorgeous. There were plenty of amenities, it was spotless, and Meredith and Bryan were very helpful and responsive communicators. It was the perfect location for a lake weekend with a night on the town, and serviced by Ubers at all hours.
