Timmis was not only an exceptional host, but an excellent human. The consideration and earnestness in his words were genuine, and the level of hospitality was nothing short of family. Regretfully the experience was short, but the stay felt like I was with family. If you’re looking for a very welcoming home I do recommend staying with Timmis.

We loved our time here. The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The unit had plenty of storage space for our belongings and it was very well equipped. The location was convenient. Most places we traveled to were not more than a 15 minute drive away. Francis King Regional Park was just 10 minutes away. The Panama flats is a nice natural area in walking distance. Miriam was an excellent host and she surprised us with some kind gestures throughout our 4 month stay. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the Victoria area.

We really enjoyed our month’s stay! John and Sarah were excellent hosts with plenty of local knowledge and activity recommendations. The unit was well equipped for both short and longer stays, with amenities for young children (high chair, etc.) upon request. Most appreciated, they were very family friendly hosts who were happy to have young children stay. The location is ideal with parks and grocery stores nearby. Most of Victoria’s urban area is within a 15-minute drive, making it a perfect home base for exploring the southern island. I would certainly recommend this spot when visiting Victoria.
