This cabin is a real gem. Genuine peace and quiet, a true escape from humanity, exactly what I was after. We had a fantastic stay at Peak 202 over Easter for a family wedding—John was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect. Just steps from the village and Chamois ski run, the location couldn’t be better. The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were stunning, and the space was warm, welcoming, and well-equipped. Our family felt completely at home with three spacious bedrooms, a spa bath, drying room, full laundry, and a great kitchen with everything from a Nespresso machine to a dishwasher. The gas fireplace, Smart TVs, free WiFi, and heated balcony with BBQ made it extra cozy and convenient. Keyless entry and thoughtful extras like games and a secure parking space really stood out. Everything was spotless, stylish, and designed with comfort in mind. Thanks, John, for a memorable and seamless stay—we’ll definitely return to Peak 202!

Amazing place, amazing hosts. Been staying at Merrijig for many years and this is one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. Kind hosts with complementary food and drinks that were left for us at check-in. Very strongly recommend.

We loved staying at Snow Gum Creek. It was quiet and picturesque and we enjoyed the wildlife visiting close by including kangaroos, king parrots and other birdlife, deer. There was easy access to the local creek and walks. Nic and Stef provided a very thoughtful suggested itinery for potential activities and eating places in the area. They were very responsive and helpful when we contacted them.

I know we paid top dollar to be in the village during the school holidays. But to accommodate the 4 family groups, 7 adults, 7 kids, into other on snow accommodation would have cost more. The Glacier Chalet allowed us to bond and relax with all the facilities we needed. It was so good to have three generations of the family together creating treasured memories they'll never forget. Either on the slopes, in the village or at the chalet. The Buller Resort itself did a great job given they haven't yet had a heap of snow this season. The lift and lessons tag system was efficient and George's Snow equipment rentals were a great help. I booked online and got the 15% discount. Rob, George's son and his wife Andrea were great, as we're all their staff. Extremely ethical picking up a mistake I had made when ordering and gave me a credit. We all had a great family vacation we'll never forget. I may not not get to do it all over again with the extended family. But I'm sure I'll be back.

The place is very clean and atmosphere is just phenomenal. Location is very convenient. 30 mins from the shopping street and 25 minutes to Mt Buller car park for shuttle bus to the village. Definitely recommend this place to stay!!

We loved our digital detox! There was plenty of room for the 10 of us and we highly enjoyed relaxing by the fire. Be aware that we did encounter baby bats flying around inside the house. It wasn’t a huge problem and Simon and Jeannine assured us that they were harmless. There was plenty of fire wood and heaps of outdoor space. It’s a great place if you are looking for an adventure!

We had a lovely time at this peaceful getaway. The location was perfect—close enough to local attractions, yet quiet and relaxing. Our host was warm and welcoming when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights for our daughter was feeding the cows every evening—she absolutely loved it! We also enjoyed swimming in the river. While we didn’t manage to catch any fish or yabbies, it was still a fun and memorable experience. A great stay overall—we’d definitely come back again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Jamieson River House. Loved curling up on the comfy couches in front of the woodfire stove and watching all the birdlife in the big garden with direct access to the river. Kitchen was superbly well equipped and the house is easy walking distance to the pub and general store. Such a peaceful location to fully unwind!

Wonderful place to stay We were lucky enough to have warm weather so spent the whole time down in/ by the river. The kids and adults loved the location. Everything we needed was there and the large dining table seated 10 comfortably. Just be aware sprinkler system goes on where the seating area is so don’t leave towels or anything overnight Will definitely be on my top list of holiday spots to revisit

Wonderful cosy little private cabin for family of four with enough amenities to cook. Will definitely stay here again when we're headed to Mt. Buller.

We had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful property. It was the perfect setup for two families with four kids under 8, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was absolutely perfect, and the tennis court and playground were fantastic additions that kept everyone entertained. The gardens and surroundings were peaceful and a delight to explore. The house was equipped with everything we needed, making it incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Scott was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the location, beautiful views, really felt like a getaway from the hustle and bustle. Only a 5 minute drive to local pub, and 15 minutes into town of Mansfield. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to visit, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
